Review 2：Clean hotel with very helpful staff. Parking is free and location is near the truffle fair which is in the town center, with lots of shopping and restaurant.

Review 4：A very pleasant one night stay. The staff, in particular, the barman really looked after us well. Comfortable rooms. Also close to the Alba valley wine farms, which was the purpose of our visit to Alba

Review 7：Very Friendly Staff, free and easy underground parking. Very clean modern & large rooms. Great bathroom with a walk in shower. Easy to find using my Tom Tom, which is convenient as the the hotel location is in the centre of town. Hotel is located off a side street and area very quiet. Free wifi in room and Sky news available on TV. I will use this hotel again when returning to the area next year.

Review 11：This hotel is perfectly appointed. The bed is very comfortable, the garage is easily accessible from the hotel itself, the breakfast (and dinner in our case) was excellent. With a GPS you may find it easily. It was 37 degrees the day we arrived -- the air conditioning was the best we had experienced in all of Italy!

Review 12：Great hotel just on the border of the old town/down town area. Spacious room and massive bathroom with great rain water style shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 13：The front desk did their utmost to help us have a good stay, from pointing out directions to sights and restaurants to booking appointments at a small family winery and for a mani-pedi for my wife. The hotel restaurant offers a small menu of regional specialties and a typical wine list of the region. Both are very reasonably priced. The house Barolo, at 25 euros, is an outstanding value.

Review 15：Tastefully elegant decor, like a trip back in time to a more refined age. Very comfortable quiet room, big shower, slippers and bathrobe provided, generius breakfast, and an easy walk into the old centre of Alba. Free underground parking too!

Also very close to the old town, shops and restaurants. Good hotel restaurant if you don't want to eat out.

She organised the break down company to pick it up and tried so hard to sort another car out for us when our hire company didn't want to know! She was fantastic and a credit to the hotel!
