Review 1：Few things that caused a bit of discomfort to us: heating never really heated. It was not cold during the day, but the things which were wet from the snow could not dry properly. Also the towels smelled like they dried up too slowly. Hot water was also not always available (only so-so warm or even lukewarm), specially during "peak" hours. Shower was not comfortable - fixed shower head. The room where the ski-boots should get dry was not heated so, boots did not dry up there and the smell, uff. In the ski room you could not lock your skis and even it was observed by the cameras, it did not get us a "safe" feeling. Very few places to hang things onto in the apartment. The breakfast was low quality, e.g. eggs were much more better if we bought them in the Coop or Spar. At the end, we did make our own breakfasts from the local food we bought in the shops and we enjoyed it much better. In our bedroom, there was constant air draft and with combination of no-heating during night, almost-cold showers in the evening and some bacteries from the wellness, we got cold and sick :-(. I wish this great residence deserved much better evaluation from me....and I hope the friendly and really nice owners can do something about things I have mentioned for other guests to get the services to even better level - top class :-).

Review 2：Very friendly and welcoming owners, always available, gave us logistical instructions and basic materials at the beginning of our stay. Very good location for skiing and trips in the area, close to shops. Quiet place, good parking, large rooms, wellness, clean rooms, exchange of towels in mid of our stay, hairdryer in the bathroom. And the area - Brenta, Val di Sole, ...is just great! Last but not least, we love when nights are quiet. This hotel welcomes families with kids so, quiet nights are ensured because kids are asleep and their parents, too :-).

Review 3：The wellness center is very nice, in particular my kids loved the Turkish spa, which was quite handy, as they left my husband and I enjoy the saunas. Plus we were given a two-bedroom apartment for the price of a one-bedroom, which was really generous. Finally the breakfast is rich and delicious.

Review 4：I was very satisfied, but should I suggest anything to develop: variability of the breakfast (was good, enough, but almost the same for a week).

Review 5：the hotel and its personal has been simple perfect and friendly. Big, clean, comfortable, family apartement with terrace, including free wifi. The wellness part is great, too- sauna, steam and relaxing area. Ski storage places are fine enough.

Review 6：Asked for a pull-out bed, did not get one. But the sofa worked out o.k. for our twelve year old son, as we only stayed for one night. Staff brought pillows and sheets for the sofa instead. Kitchen area with this sofa bed was small for our family of five.

Review 7：Very friendly front desk people; they were the owners of the property and were helpful. Apartment was very clean. Property was within walking distance of stores and restaurants and main street. Best value of our entire trip to Italy! Breakfast was plentiful and everything fresh!

Review 24：The atmosphere at hotel Gaia is very friendly and familiar. The hotel owner, Andrea, and his wife, really make you feel that they care for their guests, and can provide useful information and good advice. The position of the hotel is perfect, at 100m from the river, where you find excellent routes for cycling or running, and at the very heart of the splendid Val di Sole. Our room was very nice and had a spacious balcony with a view of the valley. Gorgeous!

Nice appartment in the hotel, Nice location next to bakers shop and small supermarket in centrum, but still at the edge off village very close to beatiful river and nice mountain views Skibus starts 10 meters from entrance. 7 minuttes to skilift marivella 900. walking distance about 10-15 minuttes. very quiet location, no traffic. good parking facilities

Review 34：I'd rather say that this was not what I didn't like..the hotelis 3 star and I think that this is a standard service, but still willmention it. There are no towels in wellness center, you should use thatones you have in your room. The towels are changed 1 time a week. Thereare not many options for breakfast and most of them are unhealthy and nooption on booking com to book without breakfast, though people whobooked with the other operators had this option. And it is also writtenon booking com that we have free toilietters, that's not correct,you just have a courtesy set for the first days.

Review 35：The building is energy efficient, it is warm inside, you almost alwayskeep the heating switched off. The apartment for 4 people has 2 rooms.Ski bus stop is in front of the hotel, the bus for Marilleva 900 goesevery 6-10 minutes. There is a wellness center with 2 saunas, hammam anda place to relax with a comfortable deck chairs. It is good to takeslippers, a swim suite and a bath robe. The host is helpful andsociable, he made appointments with ski-renting shops and a restaurant,you can get a discount there. There is a dish washer and enough dishes,enough place to cook and eat.

Review 36：Scenic location. The silence, broken only by the murmur of the small river. Shops, cafes, pharmacy. Easy access to the ski slopes. Ample parking and a garage for the presence of cars. Lots of storage space for ski equipment, drying chamber.
