Review 1：Spacious suite, stunning hilltop views of valley, city and ocean, great signage on various corners to locate hotel for non-Italian speaking tourists, no traffic noise, plus ample free parking on-site.

Review 2：Licata (the town at the base of the mountain upon whichthe hotel sits) is not a popular destination and isn't well-suited for tourism.

Review 4：Poor breakfast, no restaurant on site but mentionned in description, needed to insist to get warm capuccino, noisy bedrooms (neighbours and flush), taking a shower can bring a lot of water in the bathroom, quite a bad smell sometimes - Doesn't rate a 8 but more a 7!

Review 6：We had "twin-beds" room and a single bed is Italian single size so it was bit small. It could be an Italian experience. Wifi only works at the ground level.

Review 7：The room is spacious, clean and it has nice comfortable beds. The hotel is build on the hill and it has great ocean view. The hotel has on site car parking.

Review 8：They should close the hotel instead of having a 2 star service in a 4 star hotel. The hotel was smelling like mould. You could see lot of mouldy walls in the reception area that was also the breakfast area. Besides the welcoming, the wifi was bad, the suite was directly at the street. Cars passing by, could hear everything outside. Group of dogs were outside the room the whole night and barking all night. My girlfriend was afraid of going out. Dogs were also on our parked car. The beach is close, but the road to the beach should not be driven by car. Just to dangerous at that corner. After flushing the toilet in the suite you had approximately two minutes a loud sound that wakes up your partner from sleep. The breakfast was horrible for a four star hotel. It looked like there were not a lot of guests, why they did not care about a young couple. After cleaning the room, the single suite that was outside the main building was not closed. Everybody could just get in. I would never go to the hotel again. You also had spin-nets under your bed. We had a power cut at night. So no lights and no phone to the reception. Felt unsecure in that single room.

Review 9：They reacted on our messages that we did send them and prepared some gifts in the room. They tried to help with everything and tried to be friendly, but trying is not delivering.

Review 15：Excellent views of the area. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. High quality accommodation (more so than many hotels of the same price category). Convenient for visiting Licata in the evening and popping down to the Marina.

Review 16：The only problem was the shower which leaked onto the floor because the rubber seals needed replacing, presumably will be fixed during the winter. The problem did not bother us but must have been irritating for the staff.

Review 17：The location on the outskirts of Licata, on a hill overlooking the surrounding countryside and the sea. We had a balcony room moderate size with view over the bay and the town. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel was kept clean and tidy. Being early October the holiday season had finished so there were not many people staying at the hotel and facilities were somewhat reduced, that is evening meals in the restaurant which looked as if it would have produced good fare. Breakfasts were Italian and sufficient.

Review 20：at the reception no one asked if we needed help even after have seen that we had 2heavy bags each,and we were the only guests....Impossible to take a proper shower cause the hose has to be hold with an hand and leaks everywhere in the bathroom.We have informed the lady at the reception but she said it was not her business....Well sorry for the other guests who will find the same problems.In 2 Bedrooms was impossible to sleep at night cause part of the gutters on the roof was broken and because of the wind was making a terrible noise.Again it is no ones problem there....
