Review 5：The Location of the hotel was perfect - just in the middle of the center. The room was big and the bathroom newly renovated. The staff was outstanding - extremely friendly and helpful. The service could not have been better! The breakfast was just done according to our wishes. We can only recommend this hotel.

Review 8：I fell in love with this small guest house. The staff is as friendly and accommodating as one could hope for. The room is updated, immaculate, and charmingly appointed. A huge, wonderful breakfast. And right in the heart of historic Lecce.

Review 11：The owners were marvellous. Accommodation in the Junior suite with Spa was great - steam bath and jacuzzi in our own 2-level suite. The breakfasts brought to our room were delicious and plentiful.

Review 14：We liked everything about the b&b, but weren't so keen on Lecce itself. After visiting the city many times before and loving it, we found it overwhelmingly crowded and touristy (in August). The restaurants we went to in the city were disappointing compared to other places in puglia.

Review 22：There were parties going on outside but inside our room you could not hear a peep! It was quiet, relaxing, and a convenient location to all of the major sights. We paid for valet parking and had our breakfast brought to our room in the morning. It all made for a very relaxing stay.

Review 24：Everything, the staff were excellent, the hotel is part of an old building and they have kept the original features and added excellent furnishings. The breakfast was excellent It is located within the old town so only a short walk to the local sights. Across from the hotel the is a cocktail bar where you can get cocktails for 2 euros although they do come in a plastic glass. If you are visiting Lecce you must stay here.

Review 26：Marco and Simone are incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The accommodations were lovely in this palazzo, built in the 17th century but modernized in the most tasteful way.

Review 27：It is located on a street that has a lot of bar traffic, so it was very loud, very late (4am) on Saturday night (quieted around midnight on Sunday). We slept fine because we were so tired, and they do provide earplugs, but something worth noting for light sleepers in particular.

Review 31：Beautiful room with vaulted ceilings, 18thC details such as original doors, wall frescoes , antique furniture. Add to this elegance all the modern conveniences you need such as quiet, efficient AC, coffee/ tea maker, fridge and a fantastic "spa" bathroom with a walk-in shower!

Review 33：Wonderfull owner (Marco and his super wife) High class breakfast ( sevenstars ) is unforgettable and a must to try. Lovely decorated big lightyroom with ca. 5 meter high ceiling. Very big and nice bathroom. Verycentral located hotel.

Review 38：Location is great, in the middle of the old quarter and convenient (easy walk) to all the sights and lots of great restaurants. Room was recently redecorated, to a very high standard (we were upgraded at no charge). Breakfast was fine, nothing special, and there was not a lot of engagement with the staff, but that was fine.

Review 41：Parking is a bit tricky as is arriving at the Palazzo to unload. However, the valet parking system works very well and the owners themselves brought our cars back on our departure day. There are some noisy bars outside in the street...earplugs on busy nights for those in streetside room.

Review 56：This is probably one of the most comfortable places we have stayed in Italy (and we've stayed in a lot). Marco and his team made us very welcome. Dimora San Guiseppe is very close to the centre of Lecce and situated in an old building which retains many original features. Breakfast is varied and substantial and can be taken either in your room or in a small seating area. Our room was clean and comfortable was plenty of hanging space and reliable Wi-Fi. The best thing of all though was that our car was taken away to be parked and was then brought back to us when we needed it. You do have to pay extra for this service (15 euro per day) but it is definitely worth it.

Review 57：Really there is nothing to dislike, the staff are incredibly helpful and anticipate what guests would like, the wifi works well. It is on the second floor with some steep steps but there is a lift if this is a problem. What's not to like?

Is it central and near some noisy bars and cafes, esp at weekends, but shutters, double glazing, more shutters and curtains combined with efficient quiet a/c mean that the room is peaceful. The location is very well decorated in a elegant classic style reminding XIX century. The hosts Simona and Marco are very friendly and ready to advise you were to go to enjoy your holiday. The breakfast is very rich with typical pastries fron the Puglia's tradition freshly baked. Wellness and Spa are also svailable in some rooms. Quality/price is fine.

Review 101：The wifi was not good at first, but when discussed they managed to improve it. The car was about quarter of an hour late in coming to us the first time, but was in very good time the second time. I perhaps prefer to choose my own breakfast, but it was good.

Review 102：Large beautiful room with seating area upstairs and small kitchen area. Great bathroom. Very good position. Parking with car taken away and returned each time we wanted it. We loved this place and will certainly return. Do go for one of the bigger rooms
