Review 2：Staff attitude is worse, specially one fat lady sitting at reception is so rude and arrogant .room service staff also chep minded. Hotel is ok but not worth 8k per night. Food is also taste less and way costly.

Review 9：In side the property absolutely no complaint. Only outside, approaching road should be kept clean. Off course it is not their job. But it they put pre sure on local government body, even this can also be solved.

Review 10：First of all I liked the honesty of staff.I had misplaced mobile for about 2 hours but got it back safely from reception staff. Staffs are very good. I remember one staff more his name is Mr sameer bcoz he has dedicated more attention while allotying the Rooms. We would like to visit again.

Review 13：The Clubhouse was poorly maintained and messy. The In room dining was messed up each and every time for us. Either the order was not taken properly or the bill was not properly made or the order when it came to the room was not as per our order given.

Nice bathroom. All rooms with balconies. Nice pool. The bar has a great sunset view. A nice market just a walk away. Very nice and friendly staff. Check in, check out seamless. All the other visitors were foreigners. So had a really quiet n peaceful stay.

Review 17：At restaurant is necessary to wait long time after the order. We booked and paid in advance for a room with two single beds and first day it asn't available but they solved the problem adding a little extra bed in the room.

Review 19：the way to the beach is inacceptable, the rooms facing the sea have the public toilets and waste burning sites to look at. The staff is not helpful, we got the room just close to the watertank and had a foul smelling all day, the breakfast is poor. All in all not at all meeting the expectations if you look at the prices they charge!

Review 21：wifi connection is pretty much not existant.Every single attempt to connect required log in with password you can only get from reception.the hotel had a compulsary gala dinner which we were not aware of at the time of booking for extra charge of Rs5000 per person. took us a day to explain we will not pay for something we will not attend thanks to help of very nice receptionist we managed to get away without charge but the process was painful. housekeeping staff were trying to clean the room at very random times either had to wake us up in the morning or rush us to refresh after day on the beach. those are only minor things and while i would still recommend the hotel the overall stay was disrupted by those little thigs.

Review 23：Mindset of owner not good for Indian travellers focused on getting business from airlines. Breakfast and food in line with Russian taste, no good option for veg in breakfast as well as dinner or lunch. Poor spread highly overpriced stay, staff is good but no warmth to families or any WOW factor to mention can be avoided.

Review 26：The resort is very beautifully done and the rooms are adorable and very comfortable with nice view from the balcony. Its a great getaway to be on a relaxing holiday. We felt like staying amidst the nature. The Colva beach is only at 100mts distance and we enjoyed early morning stroll and sunset stroll at the the beach. The facilities offered were very good. Complimentary breakfast has sumptuous options and the ala-carte food is also very good. The owner of the resort himself greeted us during lunch and checked if we were comfortable with our stay. His son helped us plan our sight seeing for the city and the hotel staff arranged a day cab for us to go around, they also provided the airport transfer. A good hospitality just became excellent when they packed us our breakfast for an early morning checkout at 5 AM. Would definitely recommend this resort to those who look forward to a relaxing, welcoming getaway and love live music by the pool, for dinner.

Review 29：Less good points : The bar is not very pleasant to stay, no choice of drinks and no real barman. A bit of noise sometimes during the night with the dogs around. Wi-Fi connection is not constantly ok. No matter if you are in the lobby or the restaurant. That is really annoyed when you need to stay connected. No extra services offered like massages, beauty care ...

Review 30：You are in a real indian Resort. Good points to raise: Laundry service, fridge and safe in the room. Large room well cleaned everyday. Nice view on the sea. Gorgeous Indian cooking The chef is really good , fresh fish everyday and good vegetables. No need to go outside where all is uncertain. The waiter named Laniel is the most efficient helpful and so kind. We could highly recommend him. Bungalows are fairly new and well maintained. Nice staff always ready to help you to make you enjoying your stay. Close to the beach, and many choices of beach shack, to spend the day.
