Review 1：the location is wonderful! pretty views of the lake and Rocca Borromeo. The couple who own the place and run it were very nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and very convenient for a family of 4. We wish we stayed longer!

Review 5：The main road behind the house has no sidewalk, so risky business if you want to walk to e.g. beautiful Arona close by. A car is needed.
Review 6：Beautyfull house on the shoreside, designed by architect owner. Extremely kind an helpful family. (We had a wonderfull boattrip in their speedy Zodiac). Great breakfast outside with 180 degree view of the Lago Maggiore, loved it. There is a small (very small) beach in front of the hotel, so we went swimming every morning / evening. Free and easy parking (rare in Italy). All rooms have balcony and wonderfull view of lake and Castle on the other side of the lake. A tip for couples: get the corner room on the first floor !
Review 7：The owners were great, they helped us with restaurant recommendations, what places to visit around the area and how to make the most out of our limited time in the area.
Review 8：The owners are overwhelmingly as is the location. Resting the head on the pillow we could watch the sunrise above Lago Maggiore from bed. The house is decorated very tastefully and the owner is a wonderful piano player. Listening to his tunes while enjoying the views over the lake and the delicious breakfast homemade by the owner's wife feels just like heaven.

Review 25：This B&B is right beside a noisy road with cars, motorbikes zooming by at high speed, creating a lot of noise, even at night. The bedding looked dirty. The bathroom was dusty, and the bathroom windows had spider webs. The location is poor, as you cannot walk anywhere. It was even dangerous to back out of the driveway in our car, as cars are zipping by

We rented two rooms, one for us and our 5 years old child, and one for our parents who shared another apartment with two of our kids. The rooms as well as the whole house are very nicely decorated. A brith taking view from the room, like from any corner of the house, that is located right on the lake. Location of the house is just perfect !!! We definitely will come again, next time for a romantic vacation..... We kept this B&B in our favorites
