Review 1：The owner is very critic for India's and favours only western ppl for her stay, it's more of a home..one bug bunglow, whr one room is let out..one double bed cannt occupy kid, and she charge extra for the bed she gives.. she charges for ervything extra she gives

Review 6：This is the best place we have stayed in all of India. The house isbeautiful with wonderful gardens that grow almost everything you couldneed. The house is very clean and comfortable and in a quiet part ofkollam. It costs only 60rp to get to the centre. But the real reason tovisit is to meet Sita and eat her delicious food! In all of IndiaI've not had such delicious, authentic food. Healthy and tasty! Shespoiled us and even taught me how to make a few dishes! She makeseverything from scratch from her bountiful garden and she evens de uspickles to take back to uk. We had the best banana leaf meal you couldimagine. We visited at the beginning of July and loved it so much wewent out of our way to come back 2 weeks later to relax and eat beforeheading to Sri Lanka. We can't wait to go back one day. The food isa very reasonable price. 9 huge meals for 2 people and a packed lunchfor the train for 2,500. We are vegetarian so let her know in advance ifyou are too, otherwise I've heard her meat dishes are to die for!!
Review 7：room absolute basic, aircon strong but very loud. no sink in the room. no hot water. the homestay is far away from town and the jetty and there is no way to get a scooter, so you have to walk to the tuktuk stand. the nearby beach and lighthouse is no worth visiting, so there is not much to do. anyway you will be asked why you want to go outside! there is no restaurant nearby. the lady is very religious and engaging, so we felt a little arkward there. this homestay is not for everyone but some people seem to like it.

Review 9：Tata Caro is quite remote from the tourist attractions of Kollam. Apart from Kollam Beach, which we found disappointing, any other visits would require the services of an auto-rickshaw.
Review 10：Ms. Sita Faria is a welcoming and extremely attentive hostess whose wish is to ensure that her guests are well catered for during their stay. She is an excellent cook and completes the dining experience by explaining how each taste is achieved. Her guests will never go hungry whilst they are there.
