Review 1：The waiter staff was horrible and impatient. Several of them snatched menus out of hands of a customer to hand to another customer, just plain rude at times.
Review 2：Location is spectacular. Great facilities (Jacuzzi, indoor pool, sauna with or without steam, hot rocks for feet etc). All rooms were awesome but the ones on the road side have the best view! Front desk, lobby, and bar area employees were great!

Review 5：- Cauls are mandatory on the pool and they are charged extra- simple things were not working, like trash bin or mirror light - view from the windows could be better - bad location, no city night life, there is no other place to eat besides one small pizza restaurant
