Review 1：WiFi was fairly slow and you had to log on (again) every few hours

Review 2：The staff were extremely helpful, especially front of house manager Patrizia. The pool was great too and my wife had an excellent massage in the spa

Review 3：The area where the hotel is located is an industrial zone. It is not relevant in the sense that once you are in the hotel area you do not notice the industrial zone at all.

Review 4：Staff is amazing. The facilities are very recent, clean, functional,... everything is great.

Review 5：The fee for the spa. The fact the bar was shut & the poor quality of the breakfast. The hotel advertised pool hours at 0900 to 2100, yet every night it was closed at 2030. I was charged 20 euros, for the spa! Yet the staff member advised she would charge 10.00 euros total as I entered it late. I was charged the full amount and the receptionist refused to reduce it.

Review 6：We expected the (inside) pool access to be included in our booking because only the spa was mentioned to cost extra. But the pool was in the spa and thus not supposed to be free. We explained this problem and got one free access (for one night, since the pool was in maintenance the other nights). Also during our stay one day the hot water was broken and the wifi in the room did'nt work during the day of arrival (fixed later). The dinner in the restaurant was ok but not worth the price.

Review 7：Clean room, ok breakfast. We had to leave very early, before breakfast times, so they provided us with a take away back with lots of choices! The staff was very friendly, they always greeted us with a smile, made sure someone was there speaking English and took our issues seriously.

Review 12：Only accessible by car and no buses nearby - the taxi fare of 10-13 Euros was affordable but meant we spent less time wondering around town and more relaxing by the pool than we had intended.

Review 13：Good value room rate, lovely swimming pool, very good and surprisingly affordable food and wine in the restaurant and at the pool bar, kind staff who lent us bicycles to explore the beautiful town of Lecce (a candidate for European City of Culture in 2019). A very welcome spot of luxury in a busy train and ferry tour of Italy and Greece.

Review 14：Located in an industrial zone. Access is uninviting, on unlit, rubbish strewn road. Need car to get into Lecce.
