Review 1：At first We booked standard double room, but we get Deluxe Studio as management of this holiday Village call on upstairs (27 steps) in very old building with huge crack on walls and window frame and old building smell and shared kitchen
Review 2：Bathroon floor cover mouldy. Exhaust fan needed cleaning. Not enough blankets on a cold night used towels as extra warmth! These cabins need updating badly.

Review 11：It was a very convenient location for a 2 night stopover. Close to shops and restaurants and ability to do the historical walk in a town which has held onto many of its beautiful historical buildings. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although tired accommodation it was neat, clean and provided linen and towels in the price.
Review 12：Heavy rain and roof leaked. Obviously a long standing problem as wall covering had peeled off wall in region of leak. Floor not clean.

Review 18：Nothing for the children to do, Pillows where in poor condition, Oven door wouldn't seal so couldn't get temp hot enough to cook, floors ripped in areas, shower curtain rod rusty, Fridge freezer would not freeze and hard to keep anything cold, cabin was very old and run down and was not cleaned when we arrived, but biggest issue fire alarm sitting on kitchen table with no battery in it to bad if there was a fire with only one exit ??

Review 27：Small park with comfy, clean cabins and facilities. Tucked in the centre of a town block close to the main street but you would never know it is so ice and quiet.
Review 28：The coffee mugs were dirty, 4 little milks is not enough for two people for two nights, one blanket each in a cold place like portland wasnt enough (had to run heater all night), there were cockroaches in my shower and in my bed! I killed more than 5 in two nights. And when we paid she forgot to give us the key, i assumed at the time my brother got it from her

Review 34：wording in the information pack was quite rude. ie staff not expected to do dirty dishes, strip the beds and empty rubbish bins. the dishes, we can understand, but we were surprised about the rest of the wording which could have been less offensive. We were surprised we were told to do it. office not open after published open hours to accept the unit key when checking out, we had to leave the said key in the exterior phone box. (no one around)
