Review 1：Dinner was not good. But they compensated us . Not worthwhile to give your laundry. They are not professional.

Review 2：Decor of the hotel.. Professional staff. Modern and clean. Worth the money. Loved it. Breakfast was good.

Review 3：Checkin/out seemed to take a long time. Breakfast was confusing; you have to ask for omlettes to be made, but the staff won't come to ask you if you want them. It's only by chance that we saw somebody else eating that we knew about them.

Review 4：Had a 'gym' which was a nice surprise. It's basic but they should probably advertise that better. Friendly staff and good quality bedroom and bathroom.

Review 7：I was told by the receptionist that booking.com, bookings were not valid for the day because of a big marriage function in the town. though i asked him to check it again he was insisting on that.than i lost my cool and shouted, to find that the booking was there. all things was in place after that and had a good stay..

Review 11：I didn't see a single staff here (except the lady in reception at the time of checking in) whether in the reception, restaurant or among the boys who come to the room to attend problems ever smiling. They have a very unfriendly and displeasing attitude and an expression on their face that they don't like what they are doing. The TV system is too complicated to operate. The staff doesn't bother to show you how it works. The AC controls don't work. In one room the AC doesn't work at all and in other it freezes and you can't control the temperature. The boy doesn't demonstrate working of any thing-TV or AC at the time of checking in. You have to seek their help frequently because there are numerous small issues. But they do respond to the calls promptly. Some relief!

Review 12：The General Manager of the property is a pleasant personalty and has a positive attitude towards complaints. He endeavors to solve problems and to help guests.

Review 13：Some of the facilities provided in the room could be improved and made more comfortable e.g. bedding, chairs etc. Occasionally you get the feeling that you are surrounded by a heap of old, dilapidated buildings when you look out of the window or come out of the hotel.

Review 15：Linens were not clean upon arrival, but changed immediately when informed at the reception; single water glass provided for a double room which is expected to host two persons; tub and shower are the same and the tub in our bathroom was particularly very high making it impossible for an aged person to hop in to take a shower

If you have an issue or complaint, make sure you put it in writing (email) so that it will come to the attention of the front office manager. He/she will look into it. I was the only one checking out (after 11am and before 12 as per hotel guidelines) and yet the two or three inept staff were running about like headless chickens unable to let me get out of the place. It was very frustrating. I still havnt figured out why, I stayed one night and got 1 bottle of water. When the bill was finally produced he printed 2 copies & put both back in the drawer (no receipt for me? but at that stage I really didnt care anymore) It took two of them another 10 mins to count my change. 4* service me hole.

But one of the cheaper, at the same time. I would especially like to emphasize the excellent staff, among which I would set aside Thara Collam and Rathish Matthew - they are so special. Breakfast was excellent. One of the best cuisine in South India, and the proof of the locals who appreciate the restaurant, too. All the best hotel staff and management. I hope to be back as soon as possible!

So be prepared for some negotiations! Btw: give yourself at least 20min for check-out as front desk clerk (male) needs so much time to prepare the bill...
