Reviews for Mizpe Hayamim Spa Hotel
Review 1:The door to the shower did not close well and the the bathroom filled with water. Would be nice to have a coffee machine in the drinking corner next to match the level of tea offered.
Review 2:Everything. Beautiful location, friendly staff, comfortable room and excellent room.
Review 3:Very expensive.
Review 4:High-quality & beautiful boutique hotel, half way between Zefat and Rosh Pina. The vegetarian food in hotel's restaurant is excellent, always fresh and tasty, satisfying even meat lovers like me. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, and the bed is comfortable. The hotel maintenance is perfect. The service is efficient and helpful.
Review 5:No bad experience at all. It did seem unusual that waiters and waitresses never paused to kibbitz- efficient and professional, yes, friendly, less so.
Review 6:Staff was welcoming and helpful from late night arrival thru entire stay. Setting almost feels like an enchanted treehouse!- magical, feels like one big garden. Views beautiful, many nooks and crannies to explore. We loved the art gallery and all the art everywhere we turned.
Review 7:The front desk is unfriendly and is overall unhelpful - made us feel we were imposing on them. Replace them with the lovely woman who make appointments in the spa area.
Review 8:Liked the atmosphere and offerings. Dinner the first night was perfection, not so the second. Spa treatments also varied with 2 excellent and 2 mediocre. Relaxing and interesting place to be.
Review 9:very friendly and kind staff, very clean, flowers and beautiful furniture everywhere. The food in the vegeterian restaurant is really amazing and there are so many kinds of food. The natural tea place is also very great and relaxable.
Review 10:The staff seemed unhappy working there.
Review 11:The grounds were beautiful and there were so many places to relax and enjoy the view. The food was also amazing. We were also upgraded to a deluxe sweet with a balcony and a view!
Review 12:Leaving
Review 13:Beautiful relaxing location Classic design and furniture Delicious food Excellent service You don't need to leave the site for your entire stay
Review 14:We celebrate our first anniversary and the staff was really nice, they welcomed us with a smile. the activities at the hotel were beyond our expectations. Also the spa.
Review 15:The only thing that was a challenge for me was trying to connect with the facility while still in the US. There is no place on the site where it says, "Contact Us". There was only a way to make a reservation, but no way to ask info PRIOR to making a reservation. I was attempting to see if we could eat there and have massages at the spa without staying there. Actually, I still am not sure of that answer, as we did chose to book a room.
Review 16:Location- the trees made for a delightful breeze, even in August. Staff- exceedingly helpful and courteous. Food- beyond compare, absolutely amazing. All fresh, with ingredients from their own farm, incredible creativity was used and the food was exceedingly flavorful. Spa- fantastic, with a huge variety of options. Tour of the farm- fabulous, fascinating, with great exposure to many things. Exercise class in the water- fun and well done, providing an exerting workout. Overall, a fantastic hotel with many options for many reasons: either relaxation, exhileration, stimulation (of your taste buds), beautification and/or visualization.
Review 17:Very poor value for money in comparison to other 5 star hotels throughout Israel.
Review 18:All food is freshly produced from ingredients grown on the hotel's farm
Review 19:I loved every moment at Mizpe Hayamim! The only thing I would suggest is that they place better signage in Rosh Pinah. as I had a hard time finding the place, and the road is very winding. Their entrance sign is obstructed by foliage so unless you know exactly where it is, it's easy to miss. Also, their current address is a PO Box in Rosh Pinah, so it's difficult for a GPS to find.
Review 20:This is truly a spiritual retreat for mind, body, and soul with amazing farm to table food; your choice, breakfast and dinner — vegetarian with fish — is included in the daily rate. Or, if you want meat, there's a small surcharge. The place is in the Galilee mountains. very close to the historic Sea of Galilee (Kineret lake in Hebrew). Also, just 10 minutes from Safed, home of Kabala. Jewish mystical tradition and art center. The resort offers reasonably priced, fantastic spa treatments. I felt completely renewed after a 60 minute massage. Also, an art gallery with wonderful work by local artists, including jewelry, ceramics, paintings, and more. The indoor swimming pool opens up onto a deck with a spectacular view of teh mountains. The rooms are large, bed and linens great. There was even a bouquet of fragrant herbs awaiting on my pillow, and the fruit, beverages and wine in the room were all complimentary, included in the price. I miss the place already!
Review 21:Overall this is a very expensive place. I loved it, but I don't know if I can afford a 2nd visit.
Review 22:We booked the deluxe suite but were upgraded to the superior category. We had a corner room on the 7th floor overlooking the kinneret. The room was amazing. We loved the food, especially the breakfast.
Review 23:the bad wifi connection in the room
Review 24:The professionnalism of therelation manager. Comfort of the room; the huge varieties of massages; the quality of the food.
Review 25:Great hospitality. Food was amazing. We were on half board basis. Staff were very friendly. The suit was spacious and clean. The tour in the farm was was very interesting.
Review 26:Nothing.
Review 27:Beautifully landscaped property on a hilltop with great views of the surrounding countryside all the way to the Sea of Galilee and Mount Hermon on a clear day. The name of the hotel means "View of the 2 Seas". Theoretically one could see to the Meditarranean. Adjacent organic farm on the property provides a lot of the items on a varied and well prepared menu. Spa facilities were very good and many of the hotel rooms have good views.
Review 28:If you use spa while waiting for room, spa locker room is terrible. Once in room you don't need locker room.
Review 29:Veggie food outstanding. Wonderful room.
Review 30:In order. To get good times for therapies, you have to reserve in a few weeks in advance.
Review 31:The relaxed atmosphere where talking on cell phones in the lobby was forbidden. It was a most pleasant stay thT I would over and over again.
Review 32:You should ask for coffee at breakfast time, waiters won't offer you any/
Review 33:great location peace and quiet great healthy food great service lots of activities and good facilities
Review 34:We could only stay one night!
Review 35:The setting was tucked away from the rest of the world. The food was wonderful, both in the hotel and at the adjacent restaurant, Mustic. The staff were very welcoming and warm.
Review 36:The swimming pool was under a glass roof. This was a shame as we were there in the summer and an outside pool would have been preferable. The sun terrace near the pool was quite small. The spa treatments were a bit pricey
Review 37:A lovely traditional style hotel in a rural setting with beautiful views over the valley. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious. A large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was extremely good, as was the included evening meal. The food was predominantly vegetarian with one or two fish options. Several dishes were made from produce from the hotel's organic farm.
Review 38:From the moment you enter the property you are separated from regular life. There's no schedule, the mitzpe Hayamim massage was one of the best I've ever had, pool/jacuzzi/sauna was never crowded and there is ample outdoor space to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast was amazing, dinner less so but still good.
Review 39:This is a spa with a dedicated clientele. The pool is indoors and not a place for sun and fun. For spa goers it is great but for family travelers enjoying Israel it is a decent place to use as a base from which to visit the Galilee and the North.
Review 40:Location is excellent and there is no competition if you want to stay in the north. Food is included and very good - served buffet style and does not include meat. There is a separate meat restaurant that is not included in the room price.
Review 41:Great place for a relaxing vacation.
Review 42:Everything was all right
Review 43:Very friendly atmosphere. Good meal. Clean and big room
Review 44:It's extremely expensive
Review 45:EVERYTHING !

Review 57:The best place to relax in Israel.
Review 58:Hotel is a little bit tired.
Review 59:Great hotel with wonderful atmosphere!
Review 60:Fantastic property, located within an organic farm with wonderfully fresh food on the table.
Review 61:Nothing
Review 62:The vibe, the location, the food, all amazing and unique
Review 63:Everything
Review 64:Outdoor areas did not cater to relaxation. They were unkempt and dirty
Review 65:Gorgeous fresh organic food. Breakfast excellent
Review 66:Free Wifi but it didn't work in our room, the plus side - we spent less time on the internet ;)
Review 67:Great staff, beautiful view and relaxed atmosphere
Review 68:location and natural beauty.
Review 69:Was hard to locate, even with a GPS.
Review 70:Wonderful farm feel Petting the animals Very good food Fresh air Clean facilities
Review 71:Old and overpriced
Review 72:Great breakfast
Review 73:Place needs a facelift. Rooms, lobby, etc.
Review 74:Food was outstanding, organic, veggie. Service was wonderful. Spa was very good.
Review 75:Having to leave!!! Next time I shall surely stay longer.
Review 76:An absolutely beautiful place. Inside and out. Truly Magical location, wonderful gardens, surrounded by a sea of trees and spectacular landscape. An extraordinarily calming stay made more so by the lovely and welcoming staff.
Review 77:The price is _very_ high, two weekends at this hotel cost like a 2-weekvacation in Europe, including flights
Review 78:It's an absolutely wonderful place to rest and relax
Review 79:Old place. Needs lots of renovation. A/c NOT working - including in public (small inadequate areas like breakfast area - on 30c days... strange explanations by hotel. Organic food etc- nice gimmick. Not worth the very expensive price of place.
Review 80:Good location. For getting away from city
Review 81:My spa therapist was mediocre.
Review 82:Delicious organic fruits, vegetables, milk, eggs and cheeses from their own onsite farm. Home made breads, dairy products, soaps, candles, etc. Beautifully built and landscaped, with abundant gardens indoors and out. Great selection of spa therapy treatments.
Review 83:Staff was confrontational (3 times, including during dinner) toward us about mis-communication between hotel and Booking.com on our reservation, which was not at all our fault. We followed Booking.com website instructions exactly.
Review 84:Setting was lovely.
Review 85:The serving staff in the dining room were not good. They tended to reachacross the diners rather than serving and clearing from the correctsides, and on occasion they were quite surly. The lady who did work onmy partners nails had no idea what she was doing and got the varnish allover her hands to the extent that we were not charged. Why we wereoriginally supplied with only three pillows for two people I do notunderstand.
Review 86:The atmosphere and the setting were very nice and relaxing. The masseusewho attended my partner was superb.
Review 87:Delicious all-organic food, music programs in the evenings, beautiful restful setting with great views.
Review 88:The setting is lovely, as are the facilities. Beautiful, pool. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Lovely staff, particularly Liad, who is an event manager.
Review 89:Fabulous staff beautiful settings very relaxing
Review 90:Too expensive
Review 91:Everything,especially the tea corner.
