Review 1：The location was excellent - right on the lake. The rooms had a beautiful lake view. Nice sit out on the lake front to relax. The rooms were spacious and the staff very very courteous and friendly. Overall, an almost perfect holiday spot if you are looking for a quiet place.

Review 8：What a fantastic place. Right on the lake bank, room with air-con and balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were superb and couldn't do enough. Spoilt for choice buffet breakfast on the terrace by the lake. A lift so you didn't have to lug your suitcases upstairs. The room safe was free. The whole place was spotless. There are not enough stars to give this hotel!

Review 15：The extremely helpful receptionist was really appreciated. The location is stunning and of course you expect to pay a little bit of a premium. From our balcony and sun deck, we had an exquisite view across the lake. Drinks on the lakeshore were served with a mixture of delightful canapes. There is on-site parking which is a 'must' in this part of the world. The room was very comfortable, clean and very well appointed.

When we arrived room smelledlike too much air-freshener and we had to leave the balcony window wideopen. We asked for a double-bed, but it was actually two single bedsjoined together. Wasn't ideal, but not too bad. The tv is wayyyy toosmall. Couldn't use it from the bed. No full day room service.

Review 25：The room with seaview is a must. The B&B has a very nice breakfast but no dinner. There are not so many choices but there is one good restaurant only 100 m away. The next one is situated 10-15 minutes walk close to railwaystation. The view from out balcony was very nice.

Review 27：The view over the lake was wonderful, we booked a suite which was quite expensive, but the quality of the room was very good, underground garage parking was a bonus, it was very relaxing being able to use sun loungers on the lake side. We ate at the sister hotel, which was also very good. The staff at the Bel Sit were extremely helpful and efficient.

Review 48：Hotel charged us an extra €90 for a third person although the room we reserved was offered by Booking.com based on a room search for 2 adults and 1 child age 16. Not sure whether this is Booking.com's problem, the hotel's, or both! Also, hotel needs to pay attention to some small details. For example, our room had missing knobs in cabinets (replaced by a wire!) and a loose toilet seat. Breakfast coffee was cold and lower-than-expected quality.

The breakfast was very good and served in an attractive, bright room. The hotel is situated in the midst of the Old Town, itself a major attraction, and the location of many shops and good restaurants. Good value for money.

Review 58：It is a true 4-star hotel with all the necessary comforts. It is right on the lake with its own beach and beach towels. Excellent breakfasts - with fruit, juices, cakes, cheeses, hot plates, etc. Very clean and quiet. But its best feature is the people who work in the Bel Sit and are always eager to help you, to answer all your questions, give you a piece of advice, make great Cappuccino (thanks again). If, or when, I go again to Lago Maggiore, I will definitely stay only in the Bel Sit. Grazie mille a tutti e saluti da Mosca.

Review 60：From the moment we walked in the door the man on the desk was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The foyer area is clean, modern and well designed. We'd booked a lake view room well worth the additional charge, a beautiful way to wake up in the morning. The rooms are well designed, a comfortable huge bed with luxury sheeting. A glamorous tiled bathroom with a high quality shower, up market soaps and large fluffy towels. The buffet breakfast from 7am - 11am. Was the best I've ever experienced in the world. Attention to detail from chilled yogurts, fresh fruit, a variety of cereals, nuts, home made jams, daily cake, fresh croissants, boiling pot of water and an electronic timer to cook your own boiled eggs, scrabbled eggs kept warm with a flame, fresh bread and a toaster (rare in Italy), a juicer station where you could make your own fresh juice. Have I missed anything. Oh yes an assortment of cheeses and meats. And - a full cafe with great espressos, cappuccino's or tea. It's worth staying just to experience the breakfast.
