Review 1：1.Unhygienic way of cleaning. 2.Cats n dogs strolling in restaurant area. 3.filthy used dishes of orders made by guests,lying on corridors and staircase. 4.Thick layer of muck deposited on stairs.its unpleasant to walk by ,if coming barefoot from beach 5.Over salted food served when I ordered once in room. 6.The sleepless night due to repetitive cat fights and dogs howling and barking inside premises whole night PATHETIC

Review 3：Staff can be a bit more co operative and welcoming. Furniture in the rooms need a change.leaking pipes , no TV are few drawbacks.
Review 4：The proximity to the beach was a plus point. Since I did not stay in the first floor the view from the room of the beach cannot be commented upon. The facility of govt operated cabs, especially women cab drivers, and the facility can be availed at the hotel front desk itself. The complementary breakfast served or the menu for the particular day was excellent.
Review 5：the bed is poor. my son had lots of mosquito bites as the windows couldn't be closed properly due to lack of repair work. lots of insects come inside the room in the night due to gaps near the windows and door. there were other better places near by. think better to take AC rooms. the balcony doors doesn't close properly too and it can be a motivation for thefts too.

Review 14：The rooms were excellent and the fact they are not buit like modern hotels(one single building with so many rooms). Its like small row houses scattered in an area with each house having maximum four rooms. The ambience of hotel is superb and provides a perfect get away from the concrete jungle we live in. Also, it takes hardly a minute to walk to the beach. Putting all these facts together and the rate which this people charge: one can say its almost free.
Review 15：Staffs are not so co operative , prior booking 2 rooms in hotel done on booking.com but they were asking for their confirmation receipt of GTDC. While they send me for only receipt of one room. It gives me headache otherwise they asked me to settled amt with Booking.com

Review 23：only one thing probably any other hotel would have treated the same. but still I am posting this - my return flight got delayed by 6 hrs, from 1:45PM to 8PM, requested the reception staff to let us use room for an extra 2-3 hours after 12 checkout time with a reasonable payment, but our requests were denied, even not considering 2yr old kid we were accompanied with. They just politely said that we can only use the reception sofa, not the rooms.

Review 33：I stayed in this hotel from 22 Sep - 25 Sep 2014 . Overall the rooms are good , Nice & Clean . The main advantage is that it is located just beside the sea beach which is the main attraction in Goa. Stuff were cooperative . Sight seen can be arranged from the residency office . Over all we have a nice experience while staying in this hotel .
Review 34：More fungus on the wall than paint. Smell made me cough. Everything veryold and dirty, even for indian standards. Noisy old ac. Felt veryuncomfortable. Definitely the worst place I have stayed in India so far.Fled after one night. Lots of better places in town.
