Review 1：We used the plastic glasses , room service person had never washed them up, left the way dirty glasses. TV, we couldn't find any programs except Italian TV. Using shower, the wall of bath turb is too small, so that water was always out of bath turb. I couldn't find shoehorn in the room, I had very difficult time to put on shoes, finally I bought it in the store.

Review 2：The location is very good , going on foot to the center of Alba. Breakfast is very nice , specially in Italy , usually we don't get those type of breakfast. The man of breakfast room, he was helpful and friendly.

Review 4：First class hotel in the beautiful well known area of Piedmont where the Barolo wine comes from. Friendly helpful staff and superb food in the roof garden restaurant. Enormous selection of excellent local wines at prices to suit every budget. Interesting town centre to wander around in and sample very high quality local food and wine in the many restaurants. Fantastic Italian ice cream parlours too. For me Italian ice cream cannot be matched anywhere else in the world. Ice cream in Alba is a must try.

Review 10：A good location close to the centre of Alba. Very good price-quality ratio. Efficient air-conditioning was much appreciated, since it was very hot outside. Very good garage.

Review 11：Extra pillow could be nice. Shame the restaurant 360 was closed for summer holiday, otherwise will be great for the magnificent view.

Review 13：The restaurant, however, was a big disappointment. The service was completely absent. Despite the fact that we had pre-booked table and the restaurant had few guests, it took over 20 min. before the waiter came with the menu. The waiter disappeared again before we had ordered a drink before dinner. Then we had to wait again for 15 minutes before the waiter returned to receive our order. The food came fast on the table, but unfortunately was not well prepared.

Review 14：The hotel was very nice and pleasant with good parking and ideally located close to the old town. Next time in Alba we will happily choose the hotel again.

Review 15：Apart from being a very well organised hotel, the fact that it was situated so close to the Historic Centre, a very short walk, and that it was very easy to find parking in their underground car park.

Review 21：Could have had more information in the rooms about the town and local services. Breakfasts are in the restaurant or terrace, which have wonderful views- shame about the wasps that kept spoiling things!

Review 22：Perched up high enough to give a wonderful sea view, this hotel exceeded expectations. Two pools offer plenty of choice, and the private beach, although tiny, was well equipped and had a good cafe. Use the funicular to get up and down to the esplanade and then walk into the town. Our room had a lovely terrace with comfortable sunbeds.

Review 24：Contemporary flair in a convenient location. Room was very clean. Every amenity was provided...fluffy towels, pristine bedding, toiletries. Nice bar with beverages at reasonable prices. Excellent breakfast buffet included in upbeat contemporary breakfast room. We traveled from the U.S.A. for my daughter's wedding in Monticello D'Alba. Staff provided service with a smile and was helpful with every last detail of our visit. I'm pleased to recommend.

Review 61：We forgot our baby's sleeping bag at the hotel. We released thatevening when we were preparing our daughter to sleep in our next hotel.We called immediately and asked if it was found by the cleaners and wereold that it wasn'T. Then the manager of our hotel called to speak inItalian and he was also told immediately that nothing was found and fullstop. We were very disappointed that te staff were br bothered to checkwith the cleaners or their laundry service and just fobbed us of. Wedecided to email the manager because we still had 2 weeks to go on ourtrip an express our disappointment as our expensive sleeping bag wasleft on the bed in the hotel room an it was either the cleaners took itor it got wrapped with the sheets and taken to laundry. Luckily we gotresponse back to say that they checked again and found it. We drove backto pick it up and are glad that we have it back. It was not a nicesituation but we are happy it got sorted.

The hotel didnot provide us with a baby cot but the bed was so large that itwasn't a problem. Fairly close to the centre but this hotel is notin the old town.
