Review 1：Room with airco would be better for us. Room was too hot.

Review 3：Staff friendly and spoke basic English. Rooms clean and had a fan. Lovely terrace area. We had pizza from the local pizzeria and ate it on the terrace. Breakfast was excellent and so was the service. You can get a card from reception that allows you to use the beach facilities by the lake 100 metres away. Great value for money.

Review 19：This is a hotel with great potential, located directly onto the lake with marina close by. An adequate breakfast is taken on the terrace overlooking the lake which is a pleasure to behold every morning. The nearby town of Arona is exceptionally expensive, Hotel Capri is located around 3miles north with 2 restaurants and a mini market nearby making this a very good budget choice. A local pizzeria makes the most fantastic pizza.

Review 24：Breakfast was really insufficient. Not much to choose from. The bathroom was not done properly. Some things were loose (under the mirror where you put your things). Also the toilet seat was loose. This is easily solved in a few minutes if you want to be nice for your hotel guests.

Review 27：The hotel was on the shore of the beautiful Lake Maggiore. Even Italy's prime minister Mario Monti stopped by the hotel to enjoy the view. Breakfast was included in the price.
