Review 1：The lunch was dissapointing,location too far from railway station.auto rickshaw a rip off for guests.breakfast was from refrigerator.it was hard piece of meal to digest.

Review 5：Some more sign boards leading to the location since it is quite off the main road. Driver acco needs to improve a lot - our driver spent the nights in the car since the driver cabin was virtually inhabitable even after repeated complaints to the mgmt.

Review 13：untrained staffs,, had to wait 30 min in lobby for checking in as well for the bill .. room didn't have a phone.. or a bottle of water.. the bathroom didnt have proper lock.. hopeless air condition...my guest was treated badly..

Review 15：The worst experience in 3 weeks in India. Very low value for money, the resort is old with total lake of maintenance. Swimming pool is dirty.There are construction works in progress with materials in the middle of the garden or in front of the rooms. Security issue all around the resort with electric panels and cables everywhere. The rates apply to booking customers is higher than their official rates as they charge "a travel agent fee"! Not to be recommended at all: at 130 euros / night you should expect a 4-5* standard and not a third category accommodation. Johann.

Review 16：Almost nothing: it has been a swindle.

Review 17：We stayed in 3 rooms (villas), and in all of them room equipment is urgently needed to be changed or repaired: fridges, water heaters, kettles, air conditioners, showers etc. Furniture is old. Room service is really bad, always something was forgotten to be left: hand towel, or foot mate, or toilette paper, or complimentary water, or shampoo... So you should be ready to come to the reception many times a day to ask for something. Though it's not too difficult when it's so nice and green around, and your requests are fulfilled quite fast. The restaurant's food is mostly Indian, so it may be really hard to find something not dangerous for European stomach. Another problem is lack of English in staff (with exeptions for reception guys and waiter Needha) what sometimes results in misunderstanding and inconvenience.

Review 18：It's a really quite and peaceful place with marvellous lake view around the hotel, ideal for nature-lovers. The hotel's territory is also beautiful, with chanals, bridges, green lawns, palms. It's surrounded by backwater - lakes, lagoons, chanals, small islands. You can take a boat trip, we liked it very much. Staff is friendly and tries to solve your problems which you can face a lot (see below).
