Review 1：Staff was unfriendly. Night receptionist was rude disrespectful to guests. Did not speak English and refused to help. Air conditioning not working properly.

Review 3：Maybe its not fault of the hotel that the conditions of pension type influencing the usage of the beach were not specified, but it was an unpleasant surprise. The staff at the reception were not very nice (unfortunately, have to add here: as most staff in the nearby area): it seems to be a common attitude to tourists there evaluating x-ray looks to check how much money you have or to what of the two (only) categories you belong (arrogant VIP or not worth the trouble): the worse you treat them and the more you showoff, the better they serve you, the nicer you are with them, the more arrogant they treat you....weird... But special thanks to barman who was exceptionally nice and helpful!

Review 4：It really seems a Miami oasis outside, with beautiful palms and fountains. The inner courtyard is even more beautiful. Our room was fine, as expected, very clean and special thanks to cleaning personnel for attention to details ! The breakfast is very rich to all tastes (both sweet and'salty' with great local fresh cheese, yoghurt, cereals, fruit,etc), dinner & lunch very abundant and tasty with varied first and second course & buffet type starters, yet we only took full pension mode for one day, otherwise the buffet starters that first seem so many might become annoying (same stuff), but anyway I recommend trying at least half pension, since only with this formula hotel offers free shuttle to their beautiful private beach with umbrella and beach beds included (we had b&b formula and we quoted additional 20€ to use the beach) this was really worth it, I am sorry we only discovered it after trying free beaches...forget them and the trouble of looking for new places to eat and enjoy the exceptional hotel facilities!

Review 5：Rude staff (especially the reception, and hotel adm). Always wedding, and therefore the facilities could never be used. Very little information regarding the rules and extras of the hotel. Old hotel rooms, poorly wifi. No the hotel if you want to relax,and have a vacation because there is always someone else the hotel cares about, due to the focus on weddings.

Review 6：WiFi working only during the night Breakfast could be improved. It starts at 7am but during our stay the chef arrived every morning at 8/8.30, so we couldn't eat eggs (that are only cooked on order). Also, the quality of pastries was not great. But what bothered us the most was the hygiene: there are a lot of flies in the restaurant (also at lunch time) and it's not a pleasant situation to eat with insects flying around... At least they should use covers for the plates with the food on the buffet

Review 8：Despite being 4 star hotel this part of Italy speaks little English. Be ready to accept the service fluctuation which will depend on who you are dealing with. You either love it or hate it. Remember you are not a main source of income of this hotel.
