Review 1：Ac not working both only fan running in ac. First day no hot water in assigned room .had to use next room for shower.next day had to move rooms

Review 3：it was a giving a older feeling. probably needs some renovations. though it is close to main road, interior road is very loanly and badly lit. we may have evaluated other option.

Review 4：It was a complex with apartment on rent with a swimming pool. They were prompt in communication. apartment was stuffed well. price is very good.

Review 5：Food at the restaurant is good, but not priced value for money. 85 for a mug of coffee (that tastes awful) is not worth it, neither is paying 55 for a single small chapathi. This is the only negative. Other small niggling issues are - too many ants in the apartment and the road outside has no street lights and is pitch dark. If you don't have your own vehicle, it is scary to walk out of the place after dark.

Review 6：Sandray is an excellent property offering luxurious and comfortable accommodation for its customers. The apartments (plus one private villa) are comfortable with a spacious bedroom, living room with kitchenette, clean bathroom and is fully air-conditioned. A well-maintained pool is an added advantage. The owner Raymond was around and was there to greet us and see us off. Whenever we asked for hot water, we were able to get it, the staff are courteous and helpful. Food at the in-house restaurant is tasty and well-prepared (we are vegetarians)

Review 8：Value for money. We had booked 2 apartments for 8 adults. Master bed room can accommodate 3 people and one can sleep easliy on the sofa cum bed in the hall.

Review 9：- the ground floor apartments don't have good ventilation...so it can get stuffy and one has to keep the fan and lights on during day time too even with the main doors open.

Review 10：- self contained units with a living space, neat bedroom with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, electric stove, utensils. - a Rs. 10 bus ride away from colva beach. - staff are attentive. Even though we were the only guests and took 2 rooms among the 8 of us, the staff cleaned the swimming pool - which by the way is of good size.

Review 11：Location peaceful. Friendly helpful owners and staff, keen to resolve issues we had with slow wifi and outside laundry. Delicious food cooked in restaurant but mild flavours for Western palate? Beautiful peaceful tropical garden and welcome swimming pool. Beaches close - few mins drive by car or tuk-tuk, can walk if not too hot.

Review 12：the WiFi has been pathetic & annoyance, the TV channels are dull, had to bug the operator to turn on the water heater (no heater switch in the bathroom). Over used Bath towels. Electricity Power failure. No female staff seen around if incase the occupant happens to be a female. Over rated cost of ordinary fizz at the Mini Bar. No privacy for pool lovers

Review 13：The location, quietness, ambience, the reservation process, humble owner (Raymond) & receptionist, the cook (Kamal) prepares awesome food (always served in the room). Bed size. The pool adds glamor to the location.
