Review 1：Expensive extras, e.g their car hire (twice price we paid), exchange rate very poor. Building slightly "tired".

Review 3：An outdated hotel with 1990s standards, well in need of refurbishing. All staff need to be fluent in English if this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

Review 5：The alcohol ordered was not of good standards, i had ordered Bacardi Black and i regular buy these from Airports. The quality of the liquor was bad. So i suggest not to take hard liquor maybe a beer would be fine.

Review 8：I liked the hotel, good rooms and service. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpfull - everything was well organized. They made my stay very pleasant. The excursions organised were excellent and tailor-made according to our needs! Pool was well-kept, food fresh and tasty.

Review 9：It was an awesome stay I had come across in Kollam, my check in was smooth and welcoming, good thing I liked on this Hotel is the view from the room, brilliant. food and service were good too. Over and above my stay was excellent

Review 10：There was construction noise from the floor below past 7:30pm that was relentless all day. A call to the front desk did not put an end to the banging into the evening hours. Tragically the Arabian Sea cannot be heard the windows do not open and there are no balconys. Flaw design. The pool is closed for renovations as well which is an eyesore.

Review 11：Exceptional service from Shiju in the restaurant, he was attentive, patient and offered perfect suggestions for every dining experience. Staff is eager to assist. Fast Wi-fi in the room and continuous electricity.

Review 16：Self assessed five star but no where near five stars maybe a two star. We had no hot water then brown cold water at 6am in the morning. Every time we left the room the key card played up and when we returned we could not get the lights to work for lore than two minutes. No buffet breakfast as there were not enough people staying at the hotel.

Review 18：It's not the hotel's fault but the beach and the area around the hotel is disgusting. It's just one huge rubbish tip. We tried to go for a walk on the beach but it was so bad that we had to go back. It's such a pity.

Review 20：For some one coming by car, own driving to locate the destination very difficult.i used gprs and that took me towards the back side of the beach hotel having poor transport roads. i would suggest to keep more sign boards from the main entry from any side.

We were so imressed by all of them especially managers like, Rajeev Pillai and Abraham Santhosh,absolute gentlemen and dedicated to customers.They are an asset to Quilon Beach Hotel as far as we can see. The food was excellent and the accommodation very neat and comfortable. I also liked very much my swimming lessons given by Ratheesh Kumar, a great teacher. The Ayurvedic treatment/massage was excellent.we enjoyd it. We felt absolutely relaxed and happy, safe and secure all the time. The Security staff were also great giving us reassurance an confidence. The surrounding scenery, MG park and the morning walk ion the beach, the lighting and illumination around the hotel and the excellent travel facilities and shopping opportunities at the Quilon Town Centre and beyond kept us busy. Overall it was a relaxing, most enjoyable and unforgettable holiday experience we would always like to remember. Thank you so much Beach Hotel and the wonderful staff from top to bottom. Well done!
