Review 1：I have only good words for Maria Lux. We came 4 days later because our son was sick. Not only that they keept ours reservation but did not charge us with those 4 days. Thre room was great, cleaned on 2-3 days,sheets also changed at the same time. it is 5 minutes of walk from the great beach, and 15 minutes of walk to the city center. We had an excellent experience and will come back for sure.
Review 2：The hotel was full of families with small babies that did not stop crying day and night. TV channels were six.
Review 3：It is very clean, the owners are very nice and helpful, located almost on the beach and in a quiet area. The photos on the site fully meet the actual situation.
Review 4：The only inconvenience is that the two studios facing the street are noisy because of road traffic. It`s not a problem at night, because there is not so much night traffic but in the morning the traffic could wake you up early. We couldn`t close all windows to keep away the noice, because we didn`t want to use the air condition at night .Otherwise if you don`t have young kids you could use the air condition and keep the windows shut which would diminuish the traffic noise.
Review 5：The hotel and its garden are very cosy and well furnished. The rooms and kitchen facilities are extremely clean and the kitchennette offers all you need to cook for a baby and the family. Staff (Olga) are very nice and easy to reach whenever you need anything. Hotel is very near to the beach and nice beach bars. It is located in the "suburb"area of Stavros which is much better than the town center which is too crowded with tourists and cheap tourist shops and tavernas. Maria Lux is located in a much calmer and sophisticated area...Some of the ground floor and first floor studios have separate entrances which is very convenient if you have a baby stroller. Our stroller was all teh time in front of the door and our bigger child could go out and come back independently whenever he wished. The garden is comfortable for the kids to play there while we drank coffee at the terrace.

Review 8：The apartment house is beautiful, the awner lady is kind and helpfull. We have a little daughter 1,5 year old and it was very safety for her that it is closed yard.We liked our hollyday on this place! The only thing that was inconvenient the traffic(cars, bikes) beside the house. All in all We were very satisfied!! I can just recommend this place! :)

Review 10：Happy with our stay with two kids in Maria Lux. Clean room-every 2days had the room cleaned and towels changed, friendly welcome from owners , clean pool, very close to the beach,have a small kitchen-fully equipped.

Review 17：Mosquitos! Needed a plug-in deterrent for night. Patio area so small we had to move the table to a public place so we could all eat together. Kitchen ceramic stove couldn't quite take both pans at the same time. No hair dryer.

Review 22：very clean and nice hotel.Owners are very friendly and helpfull. Very close to the beach, but on a quiet location. Far from the center for walk, but this could be an advantage since qeep you away from the crowd. Rooms are equiped with all the things from first need. TV very small and only with few programs, but we don't wath TV during the vacation at all. Our small baby feels very comfortable during our stay. Swimmingpool is small, but comfortable if you feel lazy to go to the beach when is very hot.

Review 25：It was perfect ! The girl ( the owner) is cute, kind and hospitable. She informed us for everything needed, even warned us when we will have neighbours. Located just 47 steps from the beach - none ascent. Studio 108 (or 109 I forgot which one was given to us) looks nice, clean, new furnitures. Even with 3 installed beds there was enough space for baby cot. Perfect value for money. Almost all studios are booked by serbian agency- we didn't have noise problems with them .

Review 34：Very small TV. Owner's kid was screaming and crying per all day above our terrace and they were too loud-you can't have relax. The first day we were there we asked them if we could stay for another night,cos we were tired and we were just passing through Stavros. First,the owners told us that is ok,the room is free and we've changed all our plans and reservations for the next trip. But,on the very next morning,while we were having coffe on the terase at 11am, they told us that "THEY ARE SORRY"and we have to leave the hotel till 12, because someone else is coming????????????????!!!! And of course, at 12pm they were already "asking" us : "Come on, leave!!!!!" It was soooo unfair! My friends and I will never ever come back to this hotel!

It is very quiet, plus the rooms are soundproof if you need privacy :) Pool and the area around it are very clean and there are some very comfortable sunbeds. The beach is 50m away and for us it was the best beach in Stavros, and we checked out most of them. P.S. We LOVED our greek hosts! They were very helpful and very nice. Maria Lux is the best!
