Review 1：Expensive, misleading pictures, Wi-Fi never works, horrible view, breakfast got my stomach upset. Staff kept telling me that Wi-Fi doesn't work since morning (I was there 3 days, so you can understand why I don't believe that). My friend was there in December and had the same thing to say. I wish we had talked about it before I booked Electricity was a problem in the day but I guess that is not the hotel's doing The bathroom was less than perfect. Cracked sink, only mildly warm water in the shower I paid Rs. 10,500 for 3 days in late January 2016 (after a 25% discount) and you can see the view from my room. There was someone who was booking an AC room at the hotel, and he was quoted Rs. 2500 /day. If you absolutely must stay here, book after you go there. The location right next to Colva Beach is excellent, and the only redeeming part of this hotel. But there are other hotels on Colva Beach, so if you get a cheaper room, take it. It will not be worse than this

Review 3：The location of the property is good as its right on the Colva beach. However that's the only thing that is good. The hotel smells right got from the time you enter. The passage is really shady and the rooms also smell. The toilets are not clean. We had booked our stay for 3 nights at this hotel however ended up staying only for 1 night. Surprisingly we got a better property at a better price than Silver Sands beach resort for the pending 2 nights.

Review 5：Cockroaches in room. Room dirty. Double room with horrid kettle, no tea or coffee and only one cup which we would never use. Miserable staff and accused of smoking dope because we roll our own. Breakfast disgusting. Glad to leave.

TV channels did not work for 2 days and was replaced after 2 days. There was no staff coming forward to transfer the luggage from the car to the room. The room was in the 3rd floor with no lifts. The bed was cleaned only on the 3rd day after a request. No change of towles, soap,etc. Had to buy our own. Not worth for the money. Not able to talk to the front desk freely. Very rude replys.

First day we arrive to book in but towls for rooms did not arrive until around 8:00pm. Place was dark and dingy. I asked for a room that was quiet and was given one overlooking the pool.seemed good, but pool did not close and people stayed in pool till around midnight making noise! Worst value for money so far and there Is a much better hotels just up the road for same price which are much better. WiFi was very poor. Would not recommend.

Review 91：The staff were extremely rude and unpleasant on our first night there. On the second day there were new staff and they were very warm and inviting. However, the room was extremely dusty and I requested a large double bed but got two singles. When I brought this to their attention they merely pushed both beds together exposing even more dust under the bed!

Arguedwith the reception staff that the rooms were not up to standard. All 4rooms we took had fridges that were foul smelling. If you choose to stayhere, then you really have to insist on the nicer rooms in the mainbuilding. On the hotel's website its states the hotel has beenrecently reburbished, was this 10 years ago? I would strongly suggestyou look elsewhere. Or insist on having a mold and cockroach free room.

The personel is rude, the roomis disgustingly filthy, the bedsheets and towels are dirty, the breakfast-buffet is horrible. Please think again and go to Anthys Place inBenaulim!
