Review 1：No iron in the room and even at reception desk- this is not business travellers friendly. Smell of cold tobacco in the room. Leaking WC.

Review 42：Nothing. Been here 150 years they have it as good as it gets. A little tired decoration wise, but if that was fixed it would be a 5 star and prohibitively expensive. Back asap.

Review 45：I can usually find a fault somewhere with a hotel but not with the hotel Savona.The hotel was lovely and warm,the staff were charming and helpful,the decor was welcoming.I can still see the beautiful carpets that covered the corridors. Its situation in the middle of Alba adjacent to the picturesque Via Maestra made an evening stroll to nearby restaurants a pleasure in itself. Would I go again.You bet.

Review 46：Large patch of damp in our son's room. Poor quality food for breakfasts - tough croissants, fruit out of a tin, awful coffee. Cheap bathroom furniture. This place is in a fantastic location and it could be a very luxurious, lucrative hotel if they would update the facilities and give it some tender, loving care.

Review 50：A very good 3 star hotel.excellent staff who were very helpful with restaurant and winebar recommendations.Five minutes walk to the train station and minutes from the best eating places in Alba.

Review 54：The Hotel Savona is an older establishment, but one that has been kept in quite good condition with a number of old world charms still about it. It is located close to many great restaurants and shopping, as well as the central old town. The room size and bathroom were much nicer than typical of older places in Italy. And this is an ideal central location for visiting the regional wine areas, such as Barolo and Barbaresco. I'd stay again, no questions.

Review 55：No hot dish or toast availability at the otherwise good breakfast buffet. No French speaking TV channels and no BBC channel (although there is CNN and Fox News).

Review 60：This is the third time we have stayed at the Hotel Savona and return because it has a great location in Alba, off-road parking at a reasonable price and is good value for money. The people are friendly, the rooms are just what you want from a room, when you are generally spend most time out of the hotel, clean, comfortable and quite spacious. The buffet breakfast is very good and included in the price.
