Located near the entrance of Stavros, family-run Sunray Studios is just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and a variety of beach bars and restaurants. All rooms have a balcony with table and chairs.
The air-conditioned rooms come with a large bedroom, kitchenette and private bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A LED TV with satellite channels is also included.
Guests are welcome to use the open-air barbecue in the garden at their leisure. There are 2 super markets and numerous shops within a 5-minute walk, should you wish to prepare your own meals.

Review 1：Super helpful people. Called them that we'd be late - no problem. Next day called them that our car had broken down nearby - came and took us by their own car, got mechanics, translated for us. / Nagyon segítőkészek. Hívtuk őket, hogy késünk - nem probléma. Másnap hívtuk őket, hogy elromlott az autónk a közelben - elvittek a sajátjukkal, kerítettek szerelőt, tolmácsoltak.

Review 2：Whole city of Stavros has look like abounded city, lot of places are like jungle, city is not very clean, as I understand that is not usual, often is all ok.

Review 3：First of all I want to mention that is there doctor on site. Location is accessible; there is parking available around object. Clean room, towels on request. Good value to this price

Review 4：The room (for 3 persons) is rather small when all the 3 people stay in. The space is more suitable for 2. The wi-fi disappeared in Sunday evening, but maybe the problem was external. Sometimes the signal is weak and you have to go out on the balcony. The balcony itself is not well isolated from the next rooms ones, so when the neighbour is smoking and you don't like cigarette smoke, you cannot use your balcony.

Review 5：Sunray is an excellent place! In a quiet area, close to the beach, well maintained, clean, cheery, nice garden. The room (27) is south-east oriented, so we had a nice shadow in the afternoons. It was a pleasure to have dinner on the balcony. The kitchen part is well equipped, there is an air conditioner and a fridge. Theo is very kind and helpful. Definitely I place where we would stay again!

Review 6：The price, the yard, we have all for basic needs in the kitchenette. We had sometime problems with wifi (but I don't count this as a big problem :).

Review 11：The receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to talk to him. It's not very far from the beach, but you have to walk a little bit. Be careful, the rocks at the seaside and at the "entrance" into the sea might hurt you! I cut my knee after I fell .

Review 32：Too far from center of Stavros (~800m, too far from the beach (~400m). The house is practicaly on the outskirts of Stavros and the nearest supermarket is 10mins of walk. We were there for 15 days and nobody cleaned our room, only bedsheets were left for us to change them ourselves. No change of soap, toilet paper, no towels at all. Choice of TV channels is very poor, only 5-6 channels, all local, no cable or sattelite. Soundproofing is poor. All rooms on the floor share the same balcony divided by iron bars. You practically eat by the neighbour and hear all the noise from next door. Pay attention, especially people with small children, almost every afternoon the wind picks up in Stavros so it's pretty cold on the beach when you get out of the water.

Review 35：Better than I expected, clean place, looks like new, shadowed back yard,sheets and towels changed every day on demand. Close to the beach, 10minutes whit 2 kids. Excellent services, everything you need just askTeodosious. Some people compleined here about the noise, that's nottruth, no main road crossing by. If I ever come back to Stavros, this ismy first choice. Thank you, Teo, for the geat time, sorry for the glass,I just forgot about it.
