Review 1：Outdated and worn out furniture in the rooms. A refresh would be nice. The staff wasn't particularly helpful not professional, especially the younger ones.

Review 2：The location is not very attractive but the hotel just opposite the coach station and a short walk from the city centre.

Review 3：WiFi is dead! I had to sit in the corridor to get a very weak signal and VERY slow connection. And that's for > 80 EUR a night! Very bad when hotels boast 'wifi free and available evrywhere' and you get nothing. The entire impression from the hotel was spoiled by this.

Review 13：Not the prettiest swimming pool but very nice to have as nearest beaches were a bus ride away. Location a bit grim on a roundabout but 10 minute walk to the old city and right next to bus station which was handy for us as we were travelling by public transport. Ten minute bus ride to lovely sandy beach at Torre Chianca (avoid talking bus all around town. It circles around for 20 minutes then drives back past the hotel). 4o mins to Otranto and about 1hr 15 to Gallipoli. All from right outside the hotel so v handy if you don't have a car. Staff were suer friendly and helpful.

I was never greeted by any staff member and they often looked the other way to avoid speaking . Well that was my experience. I approached the desk several times and spoke to several members of staff. They are working in the wrong field. This hotel is falling apart. It looks like it would have been a nice hotel in the 1980's but little has been updated. Update the hotel and hire people who know how to treat guests and you'll have you 4 star hotel.

The room was small and the stain on the carpet and mould in the bathroom weren't a pleasant addition. Also we were placed on a floor with (what I assumed to be a school trip) a large group of teenagers who made endless noise all night. In future I would book one of the cheaper bed and breakfasts and not be fooled by what seems to be a luxurious hotel.
