Review 1：the room smell, worst in toilet, bath room is poorly designed, spare bed is not suitable to sleep in.

Review 3：Space in bathroom, we weren't expecting anything deluxe but it was tiny. The bed was to small for my partner and I (we are both tall though) and the noise from the road was really loud all night... I dont normally wake up to anything but was won't up all night to trucks going past.

Review 8：The accommodation was very clean. It was a very old motel which has not been upgraded in any way however the price reflects this.
Review 9：We found a dirty sock and food on the floor under the bed as we pulled out the trundle bed.... which was almost as disgusting as the dirty underwear that greeted us when we opened the curtains the next morning!
Review 10：Being on the highway with trucks passing all night meant little sleep for myself and my children. The room was very small for 5 people. No sink in bathroom only bathroom sink in kitchenette. I left my teenage daughter in the room one morning because she was sick and staff entered the room without knocking apparently to tidy up and scared her. Then they were commenting on how we were pigs when the only mess that was there was a few dishes. Our bags and things were on the floor but there was nowhere else to put them, there was barely any walking space in our room. The grounds were very untidy and the pool wasn't as pictured on the website. Broken glass sliding door as we entered. It looked like the Windows hadn't been cleaned in some time through out the whole property.

Review 12：Great value accommodation! Very friendly and helpful staff! Lovely little swimming pool! Excellent restaurant next door! There is more to Mt Gambier than I expected! Blue lake is a must, don't miss the film show in town at 11am! Jubilee is only 5 mins walk from Umpherston Sinkhole - feeding the possums after dark was magical! Could have/Should have stayed here longer!

Review 17：Front door wouldn't open without difficulty. The reception was always closed. A lot of street noise at night. Room needed vacuuming on arrival, Very old property, could do with some maintenance, should have paid more. Our fault I guess.

I was not very happy as i booked 5 rooms for myself and 4 other couples very dissapointed. and i asked for quiet rooms 2 were on the main drag and all you could here were trucks all night.

Review 35：Bed was broken, floor sloped towards one corner, so be sloped down towards the head end, so we had to swing the bed around to get a good sleep. Very small bathroom, hand basin in bedroom. The electric jug had scale in it, which totally ruined our cup of tea, as it started to boil off and gave a really foul taste to the water. And this was the upgrade - hate to think what a non-upgrade room would be like!

Front door was locked when we got there at 530pm. had to work out how to get hold of someone, toilet in our room got stuck down had to make sure you pushed it again to stop the water flow.
