Review 1：Don't expect air-conditioner or a pool, cause there is none. WiFi is ok but not fast.
Review 2：Whan we arrived we was a little dissapointet at fist sight with the place, but when we left - we loved it! Especially the wonderful nice owners. Nice and ok room and the breakfast was excellent. We paid 15€ extra a pers. for dinner which was really great! The place is well situated not just 20 min. from Pienza and Montepulciano. If you are looking for "the original Italy", try this place!

Review 4：Mario and Elena are such a nice, kind couple who welcomed us as we were family. Our room was clean, cosy, the surroundings are typical Tuscan fields, feels like 'middle of nowhere' in a good sense. We talked a lot with our hosts, highly recommended place - breakfast was such delicious with cool home-made jams!
Review 5：We were welcomed with Italian coffee and shown our room which had a large and comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. The room blacks out perfectly and is quiet - we had an excellent sleep. We also loved the delicious home-cooked dinner which we highly recommend (advise them in advance if you want dinner). Breakfast was everything you could want, complete with their own homemade jams, marmalades and honey which was a wonderful touch. The home is owned by a friendly couple who are honestly so lovely - they even did our washing for us. The location is great for exploring surrounding Tuscany with a car. Excellent value and a perfect stay for us!
Review 6：Mario and Elena are the best hosts we had in our trip, they are very welcoming and warm and made our stay a real experience. The room is big and comfortable, it is inside their house but still quite and private, the bathroom is big and clean with all the needed toiletries and more. The breakfast is superb, a big variety of delicious homemade jams, bread, juice, coffee and whatever else we wanted. We also had dinner for one night which was a real Tuscan treat, it was so huge that we couldn't move afterwards. They also make olive oil and liquors and they gave us great advise on places in the area. Thanks for a great stay!
Review 7：Starting from Mr.Mario and Mrs.Elena. They were simply the sweetest and dearest people we met in the whole trip! As we arrived in our bikes, very tired, they received us gently, even offered us beer! (and never accepted to be payed for that!) The room is very clean, the bed is huge, the bathroom is big and clean. The place is in the countryside, so we should have booked to have dinner there. As we didn`t know that, no dinner was planned. We were traveling by bike, so going to a restaurant 2 kms away was not an option. But Mr.Mario was so gentle that he drove us and picked us up in his car. At night, Mr.Mario offered us licour made by them, before going to bed and we talked for long hours about our itinerary and the trip in bikes. The breakfast was a collection of many types of jams that Mrs.Elena herserf makes and bread, coffee, tea and whatever we asked them. We talked again about Italian culture and about the region of Tuscany. Finally, they were the best! Not only for the hosting, but for offering an opportunity to get to know a little bit about the culture and the habits of the people of that lovely country.

Our little child treated them almost as their grandparents and they were very helpful with her (they also gave her some toys to play with). It's like staying with your own family. If we ever come back to Tscany we will visit them
