Review 2：Good location i.e. near to Colva beach, 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Food at the restaurant was good and priced reasonably. Every thing was fine. Nothing to complain.

Review 3：Wifi works only in lobby. Shower located in the center of the bathroom. There is no special partition for it.The water is flowing over the flooring across whole bathroom. Not comfortable to use it.

Review 8：The best part is breakfast which is included in our package. Hotel is good for stay and value for money. It is situated near beach. Nice and pleasant stay.

Review 9：The Wifi cannot be used in a room, unlikely in other hotels where are in the similar range of payment. Also, I was requested very strongly and very unpeacefully the full payment for room rent and room services, while staying before the time of checking out. This request was also not usual in other hotels which were in the same ranges.

Review 10：Room was kept to be very clean by everyday house keeping service. Complimentary breakfast was very delicious and various foods were served. The room service served by Brazillia restaurant was also very delicious, and staffs and room service men were very polite and well educated.

Review 11：Being charged 3% for paying with debit card. Room/bed not changed/ cleaned every day, also breakfast was aimed at indians and vegys.

Review 19：The decor was dirty. The towels were really old and thin. The breakfast area was uninviting with food on the tables and the floor area. Again the staff tried to make the best of a bad job. I blame the owners/management for the poor quality and conditions of which they expect tourists to endure. I was relieved that we only stayed 1 and 1/2 nights, as I would have checked out. Get it sorted!!

Review 20：The rooms were acceptable, but they need a total refurb and definately a lick of paint. The staffwere freindly and helpful. The cleaners made the best of what they could under the circumstances.

Review 23：I have made an advance payment of Rs. 4000/- by Bank Transfer nine days before my checking in. I got a confirmation email regarding receipt of that amount also. But when I checked in I found that the Reception was unaware of that payment and asked me to make the payment. Poor coordination. No welcome drink was provided.

Review 58：Staff were very polite and eager to assist. Someone was always mopping and cleaning in the public areas. Handy restaurant next door with chargeback available. Only a short stroll to the beachfront and other good restaurants.

Review 61：Someone should tell the staff that a smile costs nothing! I have never met such miserable people. We had booked into this relatively expensive hotel as the Xmas stay in our trip to India, planning to stay for 3 nights spending Xmas day there. We checked out after the first night. The room was tatty and tired, the breakfast was atrocious, served outside, none of the covers down over the food so flies everywhere. Then the crowning moment was being told that we HAD to pay another 6000 rupees for a celebration dinner on Xmas eve. I told them our problem with the food we had already seen and was told it was compulsory. After checking our booking form we realised it wasn't and again argued the rights of making us pay. We found another hotel and tried to check out. This also was quite difficult as eventually they decided that we wouldn't be made to pay for the dinner and then couldn't understand why we still wanted to checkout. It took over 30mins "discussion" to get the bill. At no time in any of this did any member of staff say they were sorry we weren't happy. It really didn't make us want to stay!!!
