Review 1：Nothing at all to complain about.

Review 2：Easy to find the hotel, parking on site and a short walk to the sights of the town. Friendly and helpful receptionist and large room. Good restaurant with set menu for E18 and great choice of food.

Review 3：The hotel is 20 years out of date, Air Con was an old box under the window which needs an overhaul badly. Carpet stained, walls with damp in room and corridor. Never any staff at the bar always had to get someone from reception to ring for them. Breakfast room was always a shambles, not enough staff to clear tables and reset, or to top up the plates on the buffet. Room 403

Review 5：non posso dare alcuna opinione in quanto mentre ero già in viaggio sono stata contatta da una incaricata che mi ha avvisata che, a causa di un "guasto all'aria condizionata del piano", mi avevano prenotato, senza interpellarmi e preavvisarmi ,una camera in un Hotel di pari categoria alle stesse condizioni. Al mio disappunto l'incaricata ha risposto che ormai non c'era altra possibilità. Faccio notare che l'Hotel prenotato è lontano dal centro città con relativo disagio.

Review 6：The bath tube was so old that it was yellowish...this was just disgusting. The pictures on the website had nothing to do with our room. The room looks and feels like you go back to communist times... There was no wifi throughout our stay there for 3 days. The breakfast was quite poor. They charged us extra for the parking. We genuinly did not like this hotel. They deffinitely need to renovate it or remove these misleading pictures because it doesnt look like they depict it at all.

Review 38：My father's room (he's 89yrs and 6 feet tall) had a bathroom where the toilet was facing almost into the shower! He had to put his feet in the shower when sitting on it, which we thought was a bit of a design mistake, but otherwise everything was good.

Review 45：It is true that for a 4 star hotel it may look a bit old at a second glance, especially in the rooms. In addition there were damp stains on the wall (graciously covered by an armchair) and the furniture needed a little updating. However, none of this influenced our stay in Lecce, which we enjoyed very much in every single aspect.

Review 46：The hotel presents itself very well, it occupies almost an entire block and the hall is huge and spacious. Staff is friendly and professional and all the facilities are working well. Room is majestic and bed is comfy. Very good price for such a hotel and location is quite convenient too.

Review 47：Everything is very old, the water temperature was not possible to adjustin the shower - it was either too cold or hot as a boiling water, I wastrying to adjust warm temperature for 30 minutes and didn't succeed.The boiling water was leeking from the hot tap and burning feet. When weflushed the toilet there was a horrible loud noise afterwards from thepipes somewhere while the tank was filling - very disturbing. The wifinever worked in our room.

Tho room was big enough, clean, airconditioned. Just a bit old. The greatest thing is that the staff does speak english what is not very common in other hotels in this part of Italy. And the breakfast is splendid - both choice as well as quality.

Review 53：This hotel should not be rated with four stars. The decor is very old, paint was coming off the walls, so did the tiles in the bathroom. The shower was leaking and the furniture in the room was completly worn out. We checked out of the hotel one day ahead of time.

Review 55：When we arrived we found out that we couldn't park the car at the garage, eventhough booking's site said that no reservation was needed, so we had to park it to another garage nearby which was more expensive. Despite the size of the rooms, the furniture is very old and worn out and definately not impecably clean. The bathroom water was leaking and the bathtub was draing the water. Television was not working. Breakfast was of rather poor quality. The hotel is all about appearances - its lobby is impressive - and no essence.
