Review 1：How can you like staying in a place if at plus 35 air conditioning is out of order? The night becomes just a night mare. And you can not ask for the assistance, because the staff is not in the main building.

Review 2：It s a developping area so not a lot of facilities and restaurants in the nearby environment. The owner had no influence on this so not really a negative. We had a room in the basement. Not ideal but the room was clean and the bed was good.

Review 9：There is only the number of the property on the main gate. A small sign with the name of the place would make it easier to locate. Apart from that it was perfect

Review 11：This hotel is right in front of a beach and offers a secured parking lot. Close to Cefalu and the highway. The breakfast is good and included in the room rate. Owener is friendly.

Review 12：The owner is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, his English isn't the best. However, he's helping himself with google translate, so communication wasn't a big issue.

There are showers before you enter, so you can get rid of the sand from the beach (which is only about 15m away), a huge garden with plenty of sitting areas, and the room we had was lovely. The breakfast was one of the best we got on our tour around Sicily. We enjoyed it very much.
