Resort Beleza By The Beach sells fast on our site. Spread over 5 acres of land, Beleza By The Beach is in Goa, along the sandy beaches of Colva Beach. With tastefully designed rooms housed in villas, it features an outdoor pool, private beach and free Wi-Fi.
To ensure a pleasant stay, pillow menus, 32-inch flat-screen TVs and DVD players can be found in all rooms. Coffee/tea making facilities and a dining area are included.

Review 1：Very calm and cozy place with a lot of tropic trees on the territory. Nice and affordable restaurant, bar by the beach, and the beach itself - I liked them all. I was looking for a quiet place on a beach - and I got exactly what I was looking for.

Review 2：Situated right next to a wonderful quiet beach, watch the fishermen pull in their catch. The hotel room was large, airy and clean. Food served at the main restaurant and the beach restaurant were excellent with attentive service. All the staff were polite and courteous.

Review 3：There not a lot not to like! Some may find Belaza too quiet and isolated but we loved that it was this way. There were a few power outages during our stay which is not uncommon in India. The power was restored quickly so no harm done. The walk to the beach is short so don't expect to be staying right on the sand.

Review 4：Close to Colva town, but far enough away not to be affected by the noise and crowds. Food is very good without being extravagant. The breakfast area near the pool is excellent, as is Nazaré, the restaurant near the beach. However once you try the food at one of the many beach bar/restaurants you'll probably never come back! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the wifi works well albeit with occasional outages common for India. Beleza is a paradise that not many know about. Would love to come back.

Review 5：Overpriced taxi quotes (hint; ask for a regular non ac taxi if you're on a budget) The hotel contacted one company and the quote was at least double a fair from a street taxi, a tuktuk even cheaper. Sure the car was cleaner than most with a. c.........

Review 9：Hotel was great. The villas were tastefully furnished, were spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly. We had an issue with AC which was quickly resolved. The facilities were also good. The chef customized the dishes as per our request. The beach was only 100 m away. All in all a great stay.

Review 20：We booked for only one night at Beleza, but ended up staying four nights. We were very happy with our stay here. The room was very big and clean, with a giant, soft bed. Everybody of the personnel was nice, helpful and very polite. Location of the property was good, away from the busy town (we rented a scooter for sightseeing and to go Colva at night for dinner, because otherwhise you have to catch a taxi every time you want to go out). The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and quiet, the only thing which is a shame is that the lifeguards don't let you swim in the sea because they say it's too dangerous.

Review 21：Common entrance to rooms it is OK for few who come in groups and occupy whole villa, but for couples it is an disturbance, pricy restaurant,no Street lights and roadsigns for the resort.

Review 29：Restaurant We got some drinks sat down in the restaurant served by a waiter with the manager sat operations the till. We must of sat for 10mins no drink but then another foreign (white) couple show up and the lights get turned on and also the fans got turned on. The drinks that we did get was a smoothy that was warm (no ice) when I asked for ice but the other milkshake was fine.

Review 30：Breakfast (Sunil) service was great the duty manager on the mornings he would even do the the waiters role. The interaction was great warm and welcoming from the get go.

Review 31：Good breakfast, but absolutely identical every morning. The beach area is not infrustructered and you will have to go 20 minutes to the Colva beach or rent bike and travel to the other beaches. Looks like old or really old wood furniture smells not nicely due to mold.

Review 39：A big beach party takes place right next to the resort during Goa Carnaval. If you want peace and relaxation, you will be disappointed as there will be loud dance music on the beach all through the evening and night.

Review 46：The hotel is near the beach with good access. It is not crowded and you don't get any hassle. The staff is really friendly, competent and helpful. The cleaner in block A, where I stayed, left fantastic animals made out of towels on my bed every day! Thank you very much! I had a very relaxing and pleasant holiday.

Review 47：They don't accept prepayment so asked for payment in full on 2nd day. Daily room rate was very high. Bed was uncomfortably hard. Close-out night before I left was done by an intern who had trouble with credit card payment and he added final charges wrong. After I paid they sent staff to lock up all snacks in my room. Lousy mariachi strolling musicians at dinner one night. Food was over-priced. I checked room rate on-line half way through my stay and the prices were almost half what I was paying.

Review 55：The beach location is remote from the restaurant shack and especially the sunchair and have to walk another 5 minutes (Hotel is 5 minutes walk from beach). They have only four chairs against the fence and very far from the Waterfront. Internet was aweful.
