Review 1：We were very well taken care off by Filippo and his father Claudio and mother. Since driving in historical Lecce should be avoided. They picked us up helped us to park our car and gave us a very friendly reception, and tour of the wonderful Palazzo. Marvelous place with a history. The palazzo has a jaded charm and an excellent location. Romantic air. Have stayed there 5 years ago so it was my second visit and I would hapily come back again. When we left Filippo's mother gave us her own home-made limoncello....

Review 3：The property is very centraly located, very close to all the places of interest. 500 years old building that is being renovated by the new owners, Filipe and Alberto. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We were met by Alberto in the square near the old town and guided to the parking place. At the end of the visit we got a small bottle of limoncello prepared by their mother. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Review 4：The B&B is located right in the heart of the historic centre of Lecce very close to all the restaurants, shops and bars. The owners were fantastic, there was a very warm welcome from Filippo and Alberto who could not have been more helpful and friendly. They provided us with lots of useful information of where to go and what to do. The room was very large with high vaulted ceiling, large French windows opened up onto a small balcony. The weather was very hot so the air conditioning was very welcome. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend it.

Review 5：Location is great in a beautiful building, we've been warmly welcomed and helped to find a parking place when we arrived in Lecce late in the evening. Room very comfortable with a lovely balcony. Breakfast is organized at a coffee place in city center with local specialties. Minibar in the room and great rooftop to enjoy Aperitivo. We had a really great time!

Review 9：The queen bed consists of two twin beds pushed together. I awoke a few times during the night when I had rolled into the cavity between the two beds.

Review 10：The location is central. Rooms are spacious. The owner has good advice on restaurants and museums. The second "B" of B & B consists of a coupon redeemable at Cin Cin Bar, which is a short walk from the B & B. The rooftop terrace is attractive but the long, steep and narrow stairs to reach it might be a challenge for some people.

Review 24：We loved Lecce! The B&B was centrally located-we were offered a large apartment style room-very comfortable with a loft and extra beds-the rooftop deck was cool-we sat under the rain and drank red wine and overlooked Lecce-fabulous!

Review 25：Stained bedspread. Water didn't run away from washbasin. Horrible old bath mat. No wifi in rooms. Inadequate lighting on terrace meant it was barely possible to use at night. Generally, the lighting is a problem in the common spaces of this B&B, because the switches are hard to find in the dark. B&B needs a bit more love and attention.

Review 29：Lovely old building in heart of historic town. Our room was large with avaulted ceiling. The roof terrace is a great place to catch the sun andrelax with little noise or disturbance. The owner puts a lot of effortinto giving personal information about the town. Breakfast is served ina nearby cafe but drinks and light snacks are always available at thehotel for free. Make sure you have a good map to find your way aroundthe narrow streets as is about 10/15 minutes walk from the station.

This b&b is situated in part of an historical palazzo buildingwith courtyard entrance.

Review 37：The location near San Mateo and Piazza Oronzo was perfect. Near all sights and restaurants and in the middle of the old town. Mauro, the owner, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the room (#4) was furnished simply but was unusually large and comfortable with a sunny balcony with a view of the San Mateo bell tower. In room refrigerator makes it easy to picnic.
