Review 1：They are so helpful - we were having trouble with our car so arrived at 23.00 - no problem - we were still able to order our favourite Pizzas and bottle of red so we could unwind before retiring to our delightful room in the Castello! ......and our dog is always made very welcome too!
Review 2：My husband has difficulty with stairs but all the 4 rooms are on the first floor.
Review 3：The staff were welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We ate dinner in the restaurant which is in several small rooms which gives a relaxed atmosphere. There is also a less formal Pizza restaurant which was buzzing on a Saturday night. Our room "Pink" was of a good size with a comfortable bed and free minibar. Their was a sitting room with a table and chairs, ideal for a meal in your room. Bathroom well equipped with shower. As we left they were serving Sunday Brunch which looked fantastic, shame we had to catch a boat..
Review 4：You do need a car to get here. But if you haven´t got a car you should probably not look at this place,
Review 5：Only four rooms, we´re upgraded as no-one else was staying. The restaurant is where people from the area and in Cesena go for a meal. It´s full of people during the weekend. Still, it´s not noisy.

Review 18：Everyone so friendly and just wanted us to have the best experience possible. The setting is amazing. Not to be missed!
Review 19：our request for a room on the ground floor our near the lift was not acted upon. There is no lift and there was no ground floor room available (there may not be any). As we arrived very late we were unable to consider alternatives and my wife had to climb stairs which she normally is unable to do. Having said that the staff were helpful and served dinner in our room.

Review 22：The Castello is a wonderful place to stay - the atmosphere is great - lots of activity downstairs and really nice spaces upstairs. The staff were outstandingly friendly and the food in the restaurant is first-rate.
Review 23：The only inconvenience is the need to coordinate check-in arrival time with when they have staff on hand. No 24 hour lobby, but this was a minor thing.
