In a well-tended garden 150 feet from the Blue Flag beach of Stavros, Milies offers studios with free Wi-Fi and balcony overlooking Strymonikos Gulf or the mountain.
Featuring a kitchenette with fridge and dining area, all the air-conditioned studios at the Milies have a satellite TV. Each has a private bathroom with shower and toiletries. An iron is also included.
A buffet breakfast including handmade jams and fresh fruit is served in the dining area. Drinks and coffee are provided at the bar.
The centre of Stavros is a 2-minute drive away and features restaurants and shops. Staff at the tour desk can provide information on excursions to Mount Athos. The city of Thessaloniki is a 50 minute-drive away.

Review 1：the coffee the cleaning especially of the bathroom, the sink was dirty and nearly blocked, the toilet bowl was black and similar looked the toilet brush. After 4 days I asked for better cleaning, but I could not see a real difference.

Review 7：Terribly noisy, you could hear all the other guests in their room.Everyone kept slamming the door at all hours and there was no way to getsome rest, and hotel personnel was just as bad. Every morning at 7amsmell and noise from the kitchen would flood the room and there was noway to sleep like this. Furniture was ok but old, cleary no improvementswere made in recent years. Kitchenette was very basic, with an electricstove and a sink, bot nothing like a water heater or microwave. Bathroomwas clean, but sadly the sink would overflow and the shower tub wasextremely small (just 75x75cm) with a basic curtain around it. Everytimewe took a shower the floor got wet. Bathroom window was too high toreach and mosquitos and other insects would get in at night. Nohairdrier available. Bedroom was spatious, but basic, with no insect netat the windows. No table or chairs inside, just on the balcony.Housekeeping only changed sheets/towels once during a 6 nights stay,and this was a problem for us, although the trash was regularly emptied.Since there was no carpeting, sand would easily get in the room andhousekeeping ignored that throughout our stay. Breakfast was basic(cheese, ham, omelette, tomatoes), coffee was terrible but there werefrappes available on demand, and it was poorly stocked. Breakfast areawas small and crowded. Wi-Fi was not available in the room, just in thebreakfast area, and even there it would be very slow. Despite theaffordable price and decent staff, I would not recommend the hotel, andthe 8+ review score is unjustified. It is a very basic hotel and othersimilar properties can be found at smaller prices in the area.

Review 8：Hotel garden looked amazing, and our room had a sea view and a lovely,large balcony. It was situated on a side street, away from the main roadand away from traffic.

Review 19：Too far from the center of Stavros. No beach at this part of the shore. You have to go quite a long way along the road (without pedestrian walkway) to the Stavros beaches. In the room you can hear all the movements in the building. Noise of the water pipes, snoring in the neighborhood, any sounds from the staircase etc.

Review 59：The room wasn't clean at all, they never cleaned the toilet or thesink, even when I requested to be cleaned again. The only clean thet dois mop the floor and change sheets each 2 days. The shower was achalenge too old and rusty. The door wasn't looking so well. Thechichineta was greasy like all the dishes inside. No moschito courtain.The beach near is full with rocks. The hotel is too far from the city...3 km away.

Explanation was that they still don't have the licence till July 10th so check before making a reservation. But overall, I would recommend this hotel for a nice relaxed family vacation!

Review 69：We enjoyed our stay at hotel Milies because it is in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for families with little children. They have nice garden were children can play and a playground with a lot of toys in a dinning area that your children can use. Owners, Kaliopi and Dimitris are very kind and helpfull. Rooms are spacious and terrace also, with a beutifull sea view. Room cleaning every day, sheats and towels are changed every third day. Breakfast included in the price (same evry day, but for a cca 10 days it really doesn't matter) Definitivelly a place that we will come back again :)

But the best feature of the hotel is definitely theowners, so don't be shy if you need anything - they'll be morethan happy to help you out.

Review 76：The shower pipe was leaking. The sinkhole was rusty. Hot water only afternoon. The fridge was full with mould. Only few tv channels. Breakfast allways the same. Children friendly environment means only one mini plastic side.

It's a place for relaxation but not without car because hotel is situated at 3km from Stavros, and after few days a trip is recomended to nearby locations, Olimpiada and Stratoni .
