Review 1：Excellent location. Excellent hotel and staff. The staff couldn't have been anymore helpful. The restaurant food was wonderful. Excellent facilities. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again. We can not praise this hotel enough.
Review 2：Room was clean, but a little bit old-fashioned according to e.g. the dining room. Removing the carpet would be more hygienic and is a plus for allergic people (though the hotel owners give special attention to people allergic to some kinds of food)

Review 25：No internet in the bedroom only in lobby which was smokey. We couldnever sit in the lounge for a drink due to 2nd hand smoke. It evenfiltered into the dining room. Our table in the dining room was directlyopposite the open plan lounge. We felt like 2nd rate citizens whereas inEngland the smokers are the ones who have to smoke outside. I checkedthe other large nearby hotel who do not allow people to smoke in theirhotel. I put my obvious dirty towels in the bath the 2nd day forcleaning only to find them folded up on a shelve and no clean onesgiven. I went to the cleaners trolley and changed them myself. I did notlike checkout at 10am I thought it should be 11am particularly sincebreakfast is served until 9.30am. I felt the meal times were notflexible enough. New Year was a dead loss no atmosphere hardly anyonestayed up or they were somewhere else. The hotel did not have anyfireworks.
Review 26：I liked the room we were allocated. I asked beforehand for a room with aview near to our son and wife. They had the next room to ours with ashared balcony but their room was smaller even though they paid extra tous for their dog I think they felt they should have had our room. Iliked the swimming pool although it was geared up more for children. Themaintenance man kept putting on the bubbles when I was trying to swim upand down. The sauna and steam were small but welcome after skiing orwalking in the cold. The balcony of our rooms was good at New Year wewere on the second floor overlooking the valley so had a superb view ofall the villages fireworks
