Review 1：The only issue we had was the lack of AC in our room. It gets pretty hot in mid-July!

Review 2：The hotel is in the GORGEOUS heart of Umbria! Wonderful location, the owner was exceptionally nice and hospitable, and the pool was perfect!

Review 3：The staff were absolutely wonderful at this small family run hotel. Francesco spoke very good English (our Italian is very poor!) and was hugely helpful, even offering to drop us off to my cousins wedding a few miles away so we didn't have to take our car. They were also very helpful when we got a flat tyre! There is a lovely pool, and a very good pizzeria next door. The wifi is brilliant in the rooms, strong signal and fast. It is VERY good value for money. There are a few things that I should mention. The breakfast buffet was decent, but quite limited. There was no fruit and the pastries were a bit disappointing. Good coffee and cold cuts though. The rooms were also SWELTERING in July. It was unusually hot according to some of the locals (37 degrees end of June) There is no air con or ceiling fans in the rooms. We asked for a fan, which they brought to us straight away, which was useful, but it was broken and very noisy. Think they should invest in some new ones! Having said that, I would stay here again, but not in the Summer, the rooms are just too hot.

Review 4：Beautiful location and surroundings. Francesco the owner was amazing and could not do enough to help. We didn't have a car and he personally drove us to a beautiful town called Todi, dropped us of and arranged to pick us up at an agreed time. He did the same for other guests such as picking them up from the local station and dropping them off. There is a lovely pool which feel completely private and was so relaxing. The food at the family restaurant was well priced and delicious. We didn't even bother to try anywhere else. I would highly recommend Orsini and would stay here again. Thank you

Review 5：Agriturismo Orsini is a beautiful family owned hotel and residence. The location is stunning and the Orsini's are amazing hosts. The restaurant serves wonderful food. Todi is only minutes away and after a day of visiting it's great to take a dip in the pool!! I will make the Agriturismo Orsini a regular stop while traveling through Umbria!!

Review 9：Staff were extremely helpful and my lack of Italian was not a problem. They helped out with transport and any other arrangements needed. This apartments are basic but have everything you need and are very clean.
