Review 1：It's not cheap for Kolkata prices, and the taxes make it even more expensive.

Review 2：I stayed for two weeks whilst my sister recovered from a serious accident in a hospital literally 5mins away. I didn't want any fuss or stress and the hotel and staff were wonderful. They are always friendly and polite, and very attentive.

Review 3：Breakfast staff was a bit up and down - some were absolutely perfect, and others looked like they were unsure of themselves (as a result of which, service took more time).

Review 16：Liked nothing. Made me wait for 15 min coz they couldn't locate my booking details. No WiFi n they did nothing to sought that. I even said I will take paid WiFi. Bad food. Came cold to me. One spoon for biryani. Raita n salan Breakfast came cold. Eggs were stale. Potato wedges soggy. Demanded to pay cash then n there for dinner n breakfast. Said they can't take it into account. No idea what the reason was. Finally I paid by debit card. They hesitated in giving me the bills of dinner n breakfast I paid for. Again check out took another 25 min coz they were running around for my bills. My camera was drageed by the guys n have a scratch on it.

Review 17：The front office staff are rude and arrogant. The boiler crashed in the hotel during our stay and the whole building shook. Inspite of our repeated enquiries the front office refused to tell us what was wrong. I tried to alter and pre-pone my visit but had to face a lot of harassment while doing so. Seems the front office lacks training. I wondered whether I was in Hyatt or some cheap motel.

Review 106：Lot of trouble given by reservations who did not have any record of my booking thorough booking.com My credit card was debited the day I made booking. Booking was confirmed after 8 days by Hyatt I had to make number of calls and make a conference call with booking.com to sort this out
