Review 1：Location is not on a hill. Service is minimal but this is part of the concept.

Review 4：Beautiful place, the owners did really well with the fit out of the farmhouse, and they were really helpful with recommending food places! Love the location as it is tucked away in the countryside of Tuscany, away from all the hustle and bustle! Love the serenity and the beautiful surrounding views, it is everything we imagined about Tuscany!

Review 5：The only one very minor dislike was the the lack of functional space in some of the rooms. The rooms are eclectically decorated but a lot of the pieces are for decoration and not use - for example our room did not have a dresser or a full length mirror. Again this was a very minor concern - we loved our stay here.

Review 6：Watching the sun set over the valley and light up the towns of Montepulciano and Montefollonico. The owners - Fabio and Suzanne who are wonderful hosts and provide great information for their guests. The breakfasts which was the best we had at any hotel in Italy.

Review 7：We loved the place, the decoration, the landscape around the hotel and the rooms. We also liked how Fabio and Susane (the owners) took good care of us, giving so many advises about where to go in Tuscany. It was a small Paradise on Earth!

The setting of follonico is beautifuland the charming town nearby has a few places to eat which aresurprisingly tasty.

Review 17：We are a Spanish couple from Barcelona that spent at Follonico B&B two incredible days. We will try to explain in words our experience at Follonico since when we arrived there we remained speechless for quite a long while. We were trying to figure out if what we were viewing at that moment was real or it was just a dream come true. We enjoyed every single moment we spent at Follonico and to be honest that is mainly thanks to Suzanne and Fabio, the owners of this lovely Italian villa, that make you feel as if you were at home but in a breathtaking environment in the middle of Tuscany. The surroundings and the views from the villa are something beyond amazing. For us was a luxury waking up in the morning and looking through the window and just see vineyards, hills, colorful flowers and lots of vegetation. We are not going to reveal much about the incredible villa because it does not need words to describe how beautiful it is. Of course, the extraordinary good taste of Fabio and Suzanne with the decoration of their villa it is worth to mention. The room was very, very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts, with the great views outside, were varied and a really good way to start the day! It has been a great experience for us discovering Follonico B&B and we will definitely come back!
