Review 3：No bad experience. However, you do need to be prepared to speak the language and use phrase books/mobile translation as English is very limited - but hey, "when in Rome..."

Review 4：Really enjoyed the remoteness and quietness of the hotel. It had everything we needed and the staff were more than willing to help whenever we needed anything. Very well kept gardens and property. Thanks very much for a lovely weekend.

Review 5：We used the hotel as a base whilst viewing property so it was central & easy to access Tuscany & Umbria. We were only ones staying in hotel so we had great service from the very friendly staff. Our room was very large for European standards. We had a nice sitting room, large bathroom and very large comfy bed. Meals were good. Menu of the day being the better choice. The pool looks lovely however we didn't have time to use it. Stunning scenery in a beautiful part of Italy.

Review 7：Our first vision of rotelle was amazement....wow. The country side and the grounds and building looked amazing. Then we walked in and met Andrea ...he took us straight to the bar to sample local wine. Gave us the rundown on everything. Called ahead to get us special treatment at local wine cellar tasting and wanted to learn all about us. We were honeymooning so we were given a little special treatment. Dinner at their restaurant was amazing and well priced, along with top service and food and wine advisement from staff. Cannot fault the place. If anything just not great wifi in rooms, but foyer is so nice you can just stay there. Staff and hotel amazing...would definitely recommend. Thanks Andrea !!!

Review 14：Nothing to not like about Hotel Rotelle! but do not use mapquest directions to find this gem; mapquest uses road numbers and trust us, there are no road numbers anywhere to find... so just get directions by calling the hotel!

Review 15：The location was in the hills of Tuscany; close to the hillside towns that drew us to this lovely hotel. We cannot tell you how wonderful the staff were at this quaint but wonderful Hotel. Our rooms were spacious with views of the valley and a balcony for the evening sunsets. Guglio (sp) was wonderful, she brought us wine and percorino cheese by the pool to help us enjoy the views of the valley and the hills at sunset. She helped guide us to the hillside towns that we were looking for including our favorite, Montepulciano; and when two of our friends called in need of a place to be, she helped make those arrangements for them without hesitation. Our friends also enjoyed this lovely hotel and staff and ended up changing their future reservations to extend their stay at this treasure.

Review 16：The hotel managers were really friendly and our rooms were spacious and well furnished. The location of the hotel is beautiful with great views over the surrounding countryside, and there is a lovely swimming pool. There are lovely places to visit nearby such as Montepulciano and Siena. We had a great time!

Review 17：The place is a little gem in Tuscany, breathtaking views from the pool area. The owners are very friendly and nice, trying to help with everything - suggestions for wine tasting, where to buy good quality of cheese and salami, olive oil, etc. The food was very tasty - we had dinner in their restaurant - the beef as a main course is fantastic! Also the selection of wines they have is fascinating! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and if we go back to the region we will stay there again!
