Review 1：Parking is on a steep hill, but not a problemen if you do it calm
Review 2：Great hosts, both he and his wife were very friendly! Breakfast was excellent including local sausage and cheese.
Review 3：The rooms could have had A/C, but it really wasn't bad. I get hot easily , but even in the summer heat, the breeze in the mountain made for a very comfortable night's sleep. No issues there. The room was so clean and comfortable!
Review 4：The pictures can't describe the reality you'll experience with John Mark and his wife at this incredible location! The breakfast was wonderful (he was extremely attentive to our every wish, not to mention his fresh-baked bread from the wood oven he built!). Oh yeah - and the view is just to die for! There is a fantastic little restaurant just down the hill and Sestri Levante is a quick, easy drive down the mountain. This stay was well worth the money and short drive up the hill in every respect. Also, we have nearly grown teens and the room was plenty spacious. There was also hot tea and water (and a fridge) that John Mark made available to us 24/7.
Review 5：Welcoming atmosphere. You feel like at home. Breakfast home made served in a beautiful garden. Close to main ligurian attractions (portofino, cinq terres...) yet located in a secluded spot in the mountains.

Review 8：Gianmarco is an excellent host. Very firendly and Cares for his guests! Suggestions about places to see and restaurants where to have dinner were very helpful. Free parking in town when traveling to Cinque Terre was very usefull.
Review 9：We stayed at Cà de Pria for 3 nights and have not thing but good feedback. We spent one day exploring the Cinque Terre towns to the south and the next the Porto Fino headland to the north. In both cases we parked our car at the train station and used a mix of train and ferries. The owner was a gem of information and so helpful in all respects. Great breakfast to start the day. Thanks!
Review 10：Parking the car on a rather steep slope was a challenge in the beginning for people from a flat country as we are.
Review 11：Everything in and around the B&B was enjoyable: the breakfast, the view on the hills, especially from the solarium in the evening. Owners were very friendly and helpfull for trips such as to Cinque Terra and Portofino.

Review 13：this place is amazing. Located on a hill over Casarza just 10 min from the Sestri Levente in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. The air was full of smells from flowering plants and trees, birds singing, insects humming. The rooms are beautiful, breakfast outside overlooking the valley with a view on the hills around. The breakfast rolls were made by the owner himself. Delicious. The owner family are very nice and helpful. It was a great stay. Anytime again!

Review 19：A great place to stay in between Portofino and Cinque Terre. Gianmarco is a wonderful host who will provide you with many practical details to hike, park (this is a nightmare in this area), and use the boats or trains. The breakfasts are wonderful and the free internet connexion works fine. The rooms are immaculate and offer all you need in a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. I strongly recommend staying overthere.
Review 20：Nothing, really, but the location on the top of a hill is a bit challenging to drive until you get used to narrow, winding Italian roads!
Review 21：The owners, Gianmarco and his lovely wife Sylvana, are simply lovely people. They were accommodating, helpful, and enthusiastic. The room and common areas were great, and kitchen access was really handy. Gianmarco's homemade bread and apple cake at breakfast was delicious. Free parking at the train station so we could take the rails to Cinque Terre was wonderful, too.
Review 22：Probably, i would have enjoyed better one of their bigger rooms with a queen size bed, not a twin, away from the common area in the front yard, which would have granted me and my wife a little more privacy. Other than that, i think you should dig it. The price/quality ratio is mind blowing.
Review 23：The location is just perfect if you are planning to visit cinque terre and its surrounding areas. The b&b has been recently renovated and it's hard to find a dirty spot. The owners are very caring and helpful. They make you feel like an old friend.
