Reviews for Hotel Daniel

Review 1:The restaurant was closed in Oct. which meant we had to go into town. Since that was a 20 min. walk we had to drive. Good restaurants in the town were also closed; the two we used were the worst we had in Italy. Note: Daniel staff tried hard and struggled to find us a decent restaurant that they could recommend.

Review 2:It is a very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony. The staff were excellent. Great hiking in the area. They gave us a very nice breakfast.

Review 3:Nothing

Review 4:The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were met in the car park and our luggage was conveyed from our car to our room. Apart from ourselves, all the other guests were Italian but we were made to feel very welcome and were provided with a dinner menu specially translated (after a fashion) into English which was a big help as most of the staff spoke very little English. As you would expect, meals were typically Italian and of a good standard. Pescasseroli is a charming little town and makes an excellent centre for exploring the Parco Nationale d'Abruzzo.

Review 5:Clean. Quiet, big room with balcony. Nice accessories like shampoo organic Nature around. The village center its so small and allot free parking so to go to eat in the center itsnot issue, one minute drive.playground for hildren. Alot of space and much above the average.

Review 6:Wifi doesn't reach to the ground level apartment where we stayed, only the main building.

Review 7:Very courteous family who runs the place, they tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible, we even got help jumpstarting our car when the battery died :) 5 minute drive to the ski slopes, nice comfortable lobby with a fire place where we ordered drinks and snacks, very nice jacuzzi and sauna.

Review 8:We stayed during the off-season (beginning of October). English was not well spoken but with my limited Italian and their limited English, we managed to conduct business. Don't know if this experience would be different in-season in Pescasseroli.

Review 9:I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hotel Daniel again if we returned to Pescasseroli. It was a great value for the money. It was a comfortable, clean and quiet stay with a friendly staff. The breakfast offered with the room was better than average.

Review 10:Was there 'out of season' so not all facilities available such as evening meal. Not a real problem for us as we were happy to walk into town.

Review 11:Within walking distance of town centre but in quiet location. Staff very helpful. Breakfast choice very good.

Review 12:The hotel is a bit far from the city center (ca 20 min walking distance). That being said this location enables to be in a quiet environment

Review 13:The cleaniness of the hotel, its charming decoration, the comfort of the room and its bed, nice continental breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and friendly

Review 14:Too few signs to find the location

Review 15:Friendly staff, great spot to start hiking trips from. Excellent breakfast. Great view from room plus little balcony.
