Review 1：Lovely comfortable room which appeared to have been upgraded very recently. Francesco was a fantastic host and helped us to recover one of our bags , which Alitalia had managed to lose. Fantastic breakfast on the terrace , delicious cornetti with ricotta and custard. We would certainly go again.

Review 6：I am a female solo traveller, and was unfortunate to get food poisoning during my stay in Mondello. The B&B owner Francesco and his family took great care of me whilst I was not able to leave bed for two days, and have been great hosts. The room is cleaned daily, breakfast is lovely (with fresh coffee or cappuccino, pastries and lots of different kinds of fruit) and the location is convenient (10 min walk from beach and bus stop to Palermo).
Review 7：Francesco was incredibly welcoming and helpful during our 2 night stay. Breakfast was delicious and organized to suit us. The location is an easy 10 minute walk from seafront and old town where there are lots of restaurants and cafés. The rooms are clean, modern and great value. There is parking on site as well.

Review 22：Even if the availability of the room had been confirmed, when we arrived at the B&B and noticed that the room was dark and with no natural light, the host told us that they had informed us by email (never received!!!) about this situation and, however, we will pay less than expected. Actually, we had never asked for a discount but only for the nice room that I had booked. The breakfast comprised only of croissants, coffee and natural juice but when expressed our dissapointment about this, they brought some cheese, ham and tomatoes. However, the croissants where delicious and they were very nice to change the menu for us. Location is at least 20 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants
Review 23：We really appreciated Franco's efforts to make us enjoy our stay, he succeeded despite the beginning... Even if completely lacked of natural light which was quite unpleasant, the room and bathroom were clean, the bed and pillows comfortable Excellent coffee and croissants
Review 24：The location, although is relatively close to center, is in a remote location. During the night you hear a lot of barking dogs. The room was rather small. 2 out of 3 hosts did not speak English, but tried their best to please guests.
