Review 1：Strong musty smell in the reception foyer - maybe the treatment of the wood panel walls? sHower quickly ran out of water, either turning to cold or a thin trickle.
Review 2：Private parking, small house, we were not aware if there were any other guests.
Review 3：Characterful and authentic. Ideally located, providing a perfect base for exploring the area by train or by car. Our only suggestion is that the telephone number they provide should be to someone who speaks English.
Review 4：The room was clean but the bathroom is in need of an update. Breakfast was good but would have been better had we not needed to go down the street to get it.
Review 5：We have stayed in Certaldo Alto before and certainly loved the atmosphere of the old city. This location is perfect for anyone who wants to take the train for day trips to Siena or San Gimignano or other points. The owner is charming but does not speak English. We were able to get what we needed to know but, as with most anyone speaking in their native tongue, he spoke way to fast for my very limited Italian skills and we were not able to take advantage of his local knowledge.
Review 6：The bathroom needs upgrading. The shower door leaked, the toilet had difficulty flushing, and the blow dryer hardly put out any air. Also, I thought I had chosen all of my places based on the host's ability to speak English. I may have been mistaken about this place, but we missed a lot by not being able to converse with our host about the area, and general chit chat that makes our stay at a B&B so worthwhile.
Review 7：Casa Gori is old and charming and our bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The train into Florence or many other places is a 5 minute walk across the street. Breakfast was done by giving us a card to use at any one of the several cafes nearby. We used the one by the train station and had delicious pastries and fresh squeezed orange juice each morning. We loved watching families and neighbors gather in the evening in the piazza nearby. We loved our day drive into Tuscany. The host was friendly, but spoke no English. He did his best to answer questions but was only there in the evening.

Review 9：Senior Gori is an excellent host. We loved his dog. This is a great place to stay, centrally located.
Review 10：On a very noisey street and had windows open for cooler evening air. Beds and pillows were very flat and not comfortable. Expected bikes to rent but not even close to useable.

Review 12：The welcome of the landlord. He is very very helpful and very sympathic. The rooms are very clean and confortable and the Windows are equiped of mosquito net. The house is a really italian house.(beautiful).
Review 13：Casa Gori is a family-run Bed and Breakfastin Certaldo, located 150 m away from its railway station (this is its first plus!). I arrived in the afternoon and although the place seemed empty, the owner turned up in a few minutes. I must say he was a very kind and helpful person, and also his dog, which is a lovable creature. The hallway of Casa Gori is spacious and has the atmosphere of the early XX century, something that rather appealed to me. My room was with a double bed, quite basic but with everything one needs during a summer trip. The bathroom was clean and large. I enjoyed taking my breakfasts in a nearby cafe', where one really emerges in the Italian atmosphere and the staff are always smiling. Certaldo is greatly positioned for visiting many gorgeous places in central Tuscany and the upper town itself is a real gem of medieval environment. If I am to return to Certaldo, I will certainly book at Casa Gori again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Review 24：The front desk is open only in the morning and then late in the afternoon. The front desk is unstaffed at night. We did not have any trouble getting into our room once we found the doorbell at the front entry gate. The came immediately and let us in.
Review 25：The staff was very attentive and helped us find a local driver who could take us to a winery for a tour and tasting. The value we got for our money was excellent! We cannot say enough good things about the facilities, staff or the location. We highly recommend Casa Gori for a quiet Tuscany stay... WE LOVED OUR STAY AND WOULD RETURN TO CASA GORI AGAIN.
Review 26：Nothing to dislike. A safety deposit box would be handy in the room. Breakfast for us was not a problem but be aware that it consists of a croissant/cake and a coffee only.
Review 27：Extremely convenient for the train station, restaurants and getting up to the old town. Superbly clean everywhere. Having key to front door meant we could come and go as we pleased. Café Moderna where breakfast was available was also beautifully clean and the 2 brothers very pleasant.
