Review 12：The bed was old and broken on one side, the hotel is located on the street so it was noisy even at night, the TV set was old and didn't work (they had to replace it), there was no minibar ( I asked the manager about it and he said "we don't have one because you don't need it" ). Breakfast was poor and had the same things 3 days in a row

We wrote to the hotel prior explaining he was disabled the owner laughed and made fun of him and laughed , asking are you ill . My husband told him he had an artificial leg. The Owner is agressive rude speaks to his staff and guests like dogs. All rooms smelt of smoke. Tv did not works Lights very poor lighting hotel very run down. Non German Guests are not welcomed same way. Worst Booking.com Experience we have had in 8 Weeks. We use Booking.com Alot , but after staying at Hotel Goldener Hirsch would re think using your service again.

Review 46：It was like a fog in the whole hotel, like a sigarbar. Hotel was too dark. The rooms were not cleean, imagine to find hairs on the first day on the bed... too old everything.
