Review 1：The bus 603 never comes. That as its end of season everything is shut down. Sunbeds taken away from seafront. It makes you feel a bit unwelcome.

Review 2：The views, the bungalow, cleaned every day. Friendly staff.

Review 3：+ Thing I really didn't like is the breakfast, it is not even basic in this room price. They give a coupon for a nearby Bristo/Cafeteria, but it's only 3 euro per head. So, basically you get a cup of cappuccino and a croissant/panini with this. I took some other stuffs and paid extra.

Review 4：+ First I should mention about Angelo & Martina (Owners) , they are really nice and helpful. After booking, Angelo sent me an Email with all the direction details. I checked in late around 23:00, they were there waiting me for and gave details about the what we could travel. + Location is also nice around 600-700m from Central Train Station and Central Bus Station but don't follow the google maps directions if you are coming for from train station, it will show you he path which has almost semi vertical roads and stairs, just follow via Atena you will reach the place comfortably. + You get lots of restaurants and shops with 5 mins walking distance. + I got the room with 2 balcony facing the streets, was really nice. + Room service was nice, AC was also working good. + Agrigento Temple bus service also runs in front of the hotel (via Atena)

Review 5：Nothing around complex, only one restaurant open across road. One very small shop. No where to buy a drink or ice cream on site.

Review 7：It is not possible to sleep there!!! There is a night club at the beach 10 m from bungalow!!!! Every night the music is very loud till 2-3 a.m. Administrator at reception went at 23:00 p.m. and nobody can stop music, because by the law it is possible for loud music till 24:00! So nobody can help you! My child, my parents and I were happy to leave this place.

Review 8：The good bungalow, nice kitchen, nice sea.

Review 9：The only downside is that it is some 2km from Mondello. The walk is a bit dangerous with young children due to lack of pavement for about 0.5km, and the bus service back in the evening is unreliable. If you have a car though then no problem.

Review 15：1. Were unable to use the football facilities as this had been rented out for school summer club. 2. There is a beach bar adjacent to the bunglow which plays extremely loud music until 1am most nights - which was actually ok for us as we went along to the bar with lovely gardens and chairs as there was not much going on in our hotel in the evenings.

Review 16：1. The comfort and space of the bungalows were great. 2. Very clean, plenty of towels. 3. Good facilities in Bunglow and flat floor & private garden to sit outdoors and eat. 4. Staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. 5. Nice continental breakfast buffet. 6. Plenty of free parking at the hotel.

Review 17：Access to the sea was limited to few steps off the rocks but perfectly ok to swim and cool down.

Review 19：Place is nice, supermarket on the opposite side of the street, excellent Pizzeria, staff of La Marsa is very friendly. For bathing in the sea close to the place don't forget your bathing shoes - it's rocky! Ortherwise walk to beautiful Mondello for a more sandy beach (shallow water, ideal for children!).

Review 20：We went 'Out of Season', (29-09-14 to 05-10-14) so swimming pool was closed, and maintenance was being carried out.

Review 21：Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaner, kept the apartment spotless. We would go back again.

Review 22：Only one small food shop close to hotel. Shower is indeed too small for an average man ) TV channels only in italian. Loud music from a disco nearby till 1 a.m., though not every day, but the scene is like 30 meters away )

Crystal clear sea, though without sandy beach like mondello, which is 10 min walk away, but we rarely went there. Friendly staff with good english. Less than 30 min to Palermo. Free wifi is fast and stable. Free access to washing machine.

Review 47：The rooms are very basic and do not offer a lot of comfort. It are just simple beach houses. there were problems with hot water in the shower. During the day the hotel area was crowded with locals using the pool and the sundecks (day time recreation). After 7 pm the facility was closed and completely deserted. During our stay only a few rooms were occupied, no further staff present during the night. this gave us an unsafe feeling. The hotel is located outside Mondello. No good sidewalks to the town (dangerous to walk during the night).

Review 49：Nothing was open. Granted it was still off season. If you're not going to offer any hotel services until tourist season, don't be open or offer lower prices.

Review 51：We arrived the first weekend of may and the entire hotel was shut down for refurbishment which had been discreetly hidden on the website stating "some services may not be available". It was in fact ALL services! The hotel is quite a distance from anything so to have no facilities such as a bar, restaurant, pool and decking was terrible.

Review 52：We liked nothing. This facility needs to totally close up in the off season. We were the only guests. Nothing worked. The shower was so small that my husband could not use it. There were no staff on duty. The owner left the office open so that we could use the internet in the office. We never did get the internet to work, but were glad the office was open as we had to raid those restrooms to get toilet paper. We were not given adequate information about access to the property and got locked out. My 64 year old husband had to climb to the second floor balcony to get us into our room. This was a total disaster.

Review 53：We liked Mandello Beach. When we go back we will find a bed & breakfast in Mandello.

Review 54：Lots of negative moments: 1) The staff does not understand any language but italian. 2) The facilities are not explained on arrival 3) Appartments windows face the restaurant patio where loud late night (2am) parties are held frequently, you are not invited. 4) WiFi does not work inside the appartment, poor speed 5) This is not a hotel but rather a beach area to which everyone around the place can have access after paying for membership card. Too crowded during weekends, questionable security. 6) You've got to pay 40 euro more for each person at checkout, without previous notification. This is not included in the price at the moment of booking. 7) Poor location if you are not hiring a car. The public transport is awful, comes at random times, no useful map with interchanges, destroyed bus stops. Hence it is hard to get to Palermo or Mondello for sightseeing. 8) The beach is rocky and you will not be allowed to bathe if there are strong waves.

Review 56：The hotel is situated not very far from Mondello Beach and town (appr.1 km) but there isn't sidewalk and it is really dangerous to walk close to cars and motorcycles. It is impossible to use public transport as busses are very unrelible. Also if you would like to visit Palermo, after 8 p.m. There is only one possibility to get home by taxi. Streets in both Mondello and Palermo are very dirty and poor. Rubbish is everywhere. Very close to the hotel there is a bar where very loud music every night untill 2 a.m. In bungalows are a lot of ants.

Review 57：Sea was beautiful with clear water and a lot of small fish. There were no sandy beach only rocks with couple of stairs down to the water. Landskape was amazing. Hotel is situated very close to the sea. It is possible to use two tennis courts, rent canoos for free. There is free wifi but it works only close to reception.

Review 64：Most of staff do not speak any English and menu is in Italian, so youhave no idea what you are ordering and staff unable to explain. Quitepoorly prepared for international visitors from that angle, which Idon't understand. I guess most of their business comes fromlocals, however if you advertise on English speaking websites, youexpect visitors from abroad and be a little bit more opened toforeign cultures.Also, not sure if it comes from Italian culture, but place around La Marsa is very dirty, resort itself is spotless but once you go out of the building rubbish is everywhere, which again, is shocking in such a picturesque location.

Review 65：Cristian at the reception always made an effort to accommodate us andour needs, helping with local restaurants, taxis and all arrangements.

Review 66：- no pool (May), no sea entrance - Monday reception in the evening was closed at all - stranger neiboughood (dogs bark all night, arabian music at 6 am -one day) - a lot of noisy local Italian party/birthday in hall/open door (important for standard room - its just above)
