Reviews for B&B Terra Di Liguria
Review 1:Renzo and Francesca were two of the friendliest people you could ever wish to meet. As soon as we arrived; we were shown our room and then were invited into their beautiful kitchen for a glass of wine and some snacks. Nothing was ever too difficult for Renzo and Francesca, they were only too happy to give us countless lifts into Sestri Levante. The location is perfect - the B & B is clean and has a family friendly feel to it. The grounds are immaculate and the pool is a nice bonus. The village as a whole is a perfect location for those whom want to visit the Cinque Terre & Portofino. Francesca and Renzo would enthusiastically discuss these places with and would give you some tips and recommendations. Also, Francesca drove us to Sestri Levente train station, bought the tickets for us and then showed us which platform and which exact train to catch. Fantastic service! We will definitely be back - you will not find a more lovely, friendly and accommodating couple than Renzo & Francesco. Thank you x
Review 2:Very beautiful and wide place, nice garden with flowers and small palm trees, room well equipped with a personal recent summer kitchen with hotplates (for 2 rooms - the 2 other rooms have a personal kitchen in the appartment). So good surprise! Excellent service. The host were extremely caring and lovely. Really tasteful property. We will probably come back if price don't get higher.
Review 3:The couple took an obvious pride in their region. We were made welcome with some nibbles and a glass of wine. After discussions about eating out, the gentleman suggested a local restaurant and took us there and picked us up-fabulous !!
Review 4:The wifi needs to be improved so that anyone who wants to can access it: we had three gadgets and could only get one on at times if other guests had got greater access first. also for a five day stay we found the breakfast a bit repetitive.
Review 5:This property is a little out of Sestri Levante but Francesca and Renzo go that extra mile to ensure this doesn't matter. We didn't need our car at all in the five days we stayed there. They take you to the station and pick you up and they even help you buy your tickets and point you to the right platform: train travel along this coast is very easy. We did the whole of the Cinque Terre by train. Francesca is a lovely jolly lady who is so very kind and keen to please. She also makes an excellent limoncello! Renzo enjoys helping you to plan your days complete with maps and leaflets. We had a lovely relaxing last day in their pool. I highly recommend you use this b and b as a base to explore this part of Italy.
Review 6:The place is out of town, but the owners will gladly drive you there and back for free at your request.
Review 7:The owners, Francesca and Renzo, are amazingly helpful people. They welcomed us with treats, juice and wine, helped us organize a fantastic day trip to Cinque Terre, prepared a rich breakfast and drove us to and from the train station so we wouldn't have to pay parking for our car during the trip. They recommended a great local restaurant for dinner and even got us a discount. The location is clean and peaceful, away from town. We only regret not being able to stay for longer.
Review 8:Difficult to find, but not if you ring before the Sestri Levante turn off or when you get to Casarza Ligure. You will be picked up from Casarza Ligiure and guided.
Review 9:Hospitality and peaceful location.
Review 10:To be totally objective I will also note some points that could be improved: the breakfast was not really to our liking as the orange juice was not tasty and the pastries were not great (we were however a mainly French group and croissants and pain au chocolates are hard to beat there). Also the bed is a bit too hard
Review 11:Extremely friendly and helpful tenants. The BnB is located a bit out of town, which could be an issue but isn't one as Renzo and his wife Francesca bring you and pick you up from the train station. This is thus an ideal location from which to visit Cinque Terre as well as the Porto Fino area. All in all though I still give this BnB a ~9.0 as it is new, clean, and the service is great.
Review 12:The welcome the food the service the room everything was amazing ! To scape from everything and have a rest in the nature with amazing beach this is the perfect place
Review 13:Renzo and Francesca are the most wonderful people and hosts. Best B&B I've ever stayed, in Italy or otherwise. Perfect place to visit Portofino and Cinque Terre. And make sure you don't miss the agriturismo dinner!

Review 16:Nothing
Review 17:beautifull location, comfortable room and excellent breakfast !
Review 18:We were given the alternative of staying in their apartment right in town, so was great for going to the beach.
Review 19:Everything
Review 20:Above average service and assistance. Amazingly helpful and very personable hosts
Review 21:The hospitality and service, we're exceptional
Review 22:Cery clean,welcome and friendly owners,gratuluję pool
Review 23:The place, the service, the meals, the help with planing the trip are all excellent. Francesca and Renzo adopted us as family. The service with the train although take some time, save money and search for parking.
Review 24:Not much to do around in the evening time if you do not have a car.
Review 25:The hosts were great! Besides just being very nice people, they helped us plan our days and made sure that we made the most out of our stay. Breakfast was great, and the free service - driving us to Sestri Levante helped us avoid parking problems.
Review 26:None!
Review 27:Best choice ever made for a stay in Italy. Francesca and Renzo arewonderful people and wonderful guides. There is no better place forvisiting the Cinque Terre. Period! Dear Francesca and Renzo - we loveyou! Elza and Emilio Iticovici, Israel
Review 28:Hard to find using our car's SatNav as the road the B&B was situated on is cut by a river with no bridge, so had to figure out how to get to the other side, luckily it was still daylight! The rooms are small especially with adding a single bed and a cot. The kitchenette had no crockery or cooking equipment, but the hosts provided some plates, etc. when we asked.
Review 29:Large grassy fenced garden good for the kids to run about. Friendly welcome and filling, tasty breakfast. Recently built rooms and bathrooms nice and modern. Pool looked nice. Kids were warmly welcomed and owners happy to talk in English.
Review 30:A bit tricky to get there, because of a short unpaved road.
Review 31:Staff - the owners were very kind and welcoming. They gave us plenty advise on what to visit and were to stay. The location is very quiet and surrounded by a large garden. Parking place at the property.
Review 32:Warm welcome in italian style ! Good location between Camogli-Rapallo-Portofino and Cinque Terre, 8 km from Sestri Levante. Nice garden, parking in the court, good accomodation, wifi, welcome drink, various breakfast with homemade foccacia. All you can wish for. But the most important, the owners, Francesca & Renzo were very friendly and profesionals. They presented us tourist highlights of Liguria Levante and provided maps of the area. Good recomandation for restaurant in the neighborhood : Cinciarini. They took us to and from Sestri Levante railway station with their own car.
Review 33:Nothing at all
Review 34:We stayed for 3 nights which we found too short, the owners were the most pleasant, genuine, kind and helpfull couple we have ever had in a b&b..lovely rooms very clean relaxing patio. Will def stay again and longer...
Review 35:In short: Excellent Hospitality, Excellent location and Excellent B&B!!!It will be your best decision in your trip to Liguria which you will not regret. The area starting from Camogli in the west until La-Spezia in the east isn’t driving and parking friendly, saying the least. Having the choice of being in the center of this area, in a very peaceful and quiet place, with free transportation service to the train station of Sestri Levante, saved us a lot of time, money and frustration of driving and parking attempts. This service helped us very much to cover Camogli and Cinque Terre villages. If I was smart enough before my trip, I would decide to stay in “Terra Di Liguria B&B” more days to cover also Portofino, Rapallo and San Margherita area, instead of a hotel inside the city.Francesca even took the transportation one step further, she escorted us to the ticket counter and helped us to buy the right tickets and also made sure we are going on to the right train. On our first day and later on, Renzo gave us a very detailed explanation on tourist opportunities and he created for us a detailed program for every day, we also got from Renzo maps, train and boat time tables and other related documents.Did we already mention the warm welcome every day when we came back? We were invited to drink a glass of wine, homemade backed cakes and a nice talk. The breakfast was also good. Our room was nice and clean and had the look and feel of a new room. Our room had a small kitchenette and we got pots and other dishes so we could prepare our dinner.A small story that emphasizes the attitude of Francesca and Renzo: I hurt my knee and I needed a pharmacy. Francesca took us on her middle of her working day, while busy with other B&B activities, to two pharmacies to get help and making sure we understand all medical instructions.
Review 36:Everything was fantastic.
Review 37:Francesca & Gedda are absolutely fantastic hosts. All theinformation you coud ever wish for about the area upon arrival with agkass of wine & a homemade biscuit. The rooms are clean & tidy, the bed is very comfortable, a lovely quiet area to stay close toeverything.
Review 38:Kitchen facilities in room is good idea but it didn't have necessary kitchen items as pots, pans.
Review 39:Very nice B&B and great place to stay if you are planning a trip to Cinque Terre as hosts provide free shuttle service to train station and back to B&B. Hosts Renzo and Francesca were very hospitable, Renzo provided detailed information on sightseeing locations, restaurants etc. Rooms are new, nicely decorated and very clean. Would recommend to stay in this B&B.
Review 40:Clean, comfortable and vary warm owners. Really good people who extraordinary likes to help.
