Review 1：Not a 4 star hotel. Hot food for breakfast only available at 7am. Unfriendly staff. Leaking roof in reception area. Did not dare contemplate evening meal. Clearly caters for tour parties

Review 3：The hotel is really nice with bright and airy rooms , having a terrace overlooking the pool gives you such a relaxing feeling. The garden all lighted up in the evening compliments the hotel. All the staff are very friendly and make your stay a good one. This is not the first time we stayed in this hotel and am sure we shall return. Valentino and Angela

Review 4：The staff where rather unhelpful At breakfast the hot water provided for tea was just warm, so was the coffee. The staff were very reluctant to provide hot water, They never greeted any of us with a "BonGiorno" or Good Morning never a smile. The staff need to go on a training Course in Customer Care.

Review 6：The pool was very cold. Hotel is lovely but you do really need a car to get into Acireale too far to walk. Breakfast needed more fresh fruit, couldn't understand why canned fruit was an option on an island full of fresh produce.

Review 7：The hotel is well presented with lovely gardens, views and pool area. Wifi service was excellent throughout the hotel. Lovely comfortable sun loungers round the pool.

Review 8：The staff at the hotel are very helpful - Francesco and the lady (sorry forgot the name) at the reception, hotel is clean, staying by the pool to relax/rest a bit is nice. Car parking at the hotel was never a problem. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is 2 mins away form the highway and than off to were you like - in our case we were 30/45 mins from all the places we wanted to go.

Review 9：Breakfast was supposed to be buffet but it was a bit poor for a 4 star hotel and the drinks at d cocktail bar where too expensive!!

Review 11：1) Breakfast was not up to standard for a 4 star hotel. 2) Water was served in plastic cups which did not taste good. 3) Selection of items served was no up to our expectations. 4) Coffee did not taste good. 5) Air condition in the breakfast area was not cool. Only in the last they when special guests were expected that the Air Condition was acceptable. 6) Water was dripping from the ceiling on our bed. 7) Shower was not working properly on the first day. The last thing you want is to come back to the hotel after a day out and see that the shower is not working!!! 9) Air condition in the room was not cool. The temperature is set from the hotel and we could not set the temperature from our room. We paid 4 star rates but very disappointed with the service we got.

Review 15：The inside of the hotel is showing its age. I’d say this was a three star hotel rather than a four star. The two female receptionists were po-faced and so lacking in general hospitality that I wondered why they worked in a hotel. For example, on check-in, we had to ask the way to our room. She even neglected to mention where and when breakfast is served. The male receptionist was a great deal friendlier. The breakfast was terrible. I’d at least expected good coffee from an Italian hotel if nothing else! My partner and I found the toilet to be very low and neither of us is particularly tall (I’m around 170 cm).

Review 16：The grounds to this hotel are lovely; palm trees, big pool and fountains. It is in a great location for exploring the wider area.

Review 17：Staff is not very smiling, hard to find even with GPS, very far away from Acireale City Center and no easy way of transportation to go the city center except by car. Beaches around are dirty and small.

Review 45：I booked the room using the Booking.com mobile app, and it was clearly stated that there was no necessity of the payment in advance. When I arrived at the hotel I had to pay the room with my credit card in advance, even if I told them that I shouldn't have been asked to pay in advance.

Review 46：Old tv set with scrambled italian stations. No spa, no gym, noactivities for children or for adults, I ordered a room with sea viewand it wasn't like that and it's impossible cos the sea iskilometers away. Old furniture inside the room, the safe inside thewardrobe doesn't work. At the restaurant there was only set menuthat changes daily, but no a la carte menu.

Review 47：We had to wait for our room. We were told check in was at 12pm and we waited 20 mins. Although the manager was able to change our room to get us in faster. That was about the only negative.
