Review 1：- the staff (one person) is overloaded with work, as a consequence: - the bathroom (in particular the shower) could be better cleaned (hiring a cleaning maid, instead of charging the same who is at reception and serves breakfast).

Review 3：With 25 degrees outside it surely wasn't necessary to turn on the central heating all day, it was way too hot inside the room.

Review 7：We had a fridge in our room which we were initially pleased with as it hadn't been advertised... But you couldn't plug it in as it didn't have the right adapter! A minor point but just meant it was taking up space without being useful.
Review 8：We couldn't believe we got a room with a balcony overlooking the mountains for the price we paid. The staff were quiet but friendly enough and we got loads of helpful information from the tourist office in town when it came to walking in the area, which is after all what they're for. Breakfast had a fantastic choice especially given there were hardly any guests staying at the time of year we went, they put in a real spread! The place had some really nice touches such as sweets on the counter, a welcome coffee when we arrived and biscuits in the evening.
Review 9：Our check-in was prompt and simple. We were offered a cappuccino afterwards. Breakfast was lovely, service from our hostess was friendly. Simple and clean rooms.
Review 10：The staff didn't know any English, they couldn't help us with a map or recommend us walks or recommend restaurants... We couldn't even ask at what time the hotel doors would close in the evening (so we didn't dare to go out to explore the town or find a place to eat!) The wifi didn't work from our room (on the top floor). The room was very noisy! We could hear other guests AND there was a loud dog barking all morning...
Review 11：We stayed for 1 night during the summer holidays. The national park itself is very beautiful. The breakfast was good. The bed and room were good. The private parking was helpful.
Review 12：The staff were wonderful and let us check in 2 or 3 hours early. Our room had a beautiful view and balcony. The breakfast, however, was the best part. Fruit, cereal, desserts, yogurt, baked goods, juice, coffee, tea, cappuccino, milk, anything and everything! I would go back in a heartbeat.

Review 23：Sun lights the room in the early morning as curtains are not closing completely and a bit arranged. Heater cannot be managed and makes the room too hot during the day and switched off during the night, a non sense!

Review 30：We were in Pescasseroli because it is in the Abruzzo National Park. The hotel is indeed a short walk from the centre of town. The hotel is all you have read about the amazing view to the mountains from our room, clean, comfortable, good breakfast. What really made this for us was the personal service from the lady (owner?) Thank you. She really went out of her way to be helpful and kind, driving us personally to an early bus and making a us a good cup of coffee before we went.Pescasseroli was a delight not just because we had an amazing walk up through beech forest from the hotel but the lovely caring warm place our return.
Review 31：The view from our room was amazing looking out to the mountains. Our room was very clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Ensuite bathroom was more than satisfactory. Breakfast was served in the dining room with a variety of food available. The hosts of this hotel were very friendly and we extended our stay from 2 nights to 5 nights!!! Review 32：The room was basic. We only needed a double bed, but there were twosingle beds in our room with us, and no sitting area. The bathroom wasbasic as well though clean (except for one of the towels, which wasstained). The lighting in the room was stark and the walls extremelythin (we could hear the tv in the reception area). It seemed veryexpensive for what it was.

The hotel is in pescasseroli, a lovelytown in the middle of the abruzzo national park. We enjoyed a lovelybreakfast in the morning, which was especially good because it wasEaster Sunday.
