Review 1：Views were Superb from villa and location was central for our needs. Alba was full of knowledge and very helpful especially giving ideas on what and where to go especially as we had our 2 young grandchildren with us. .

Review 2：Big comfortable, modern apartment on the upper level with large windows providing an amazing view of the Tuscan countryside. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool to laze by. Traditional dinner provided at a very reasonable price on the Friday night. We liked it so much we stayed longer than originally planned.

Review 4：A beautiful property with an amazing pool and spacious, clean apartment. Alba was extremely helpful, giving advice about routes and places to visit. She also did a wine tasting evening with lovely nibbles. A cooking class and dinner is also offered and everyone said it was amazing. We would love to stay again as very easy to access Florence , Siena and San Gimi. Perfect sunsets included.

Review 5：For us, the major downside was the surrounding area. Certaldo -the main town nearby- is very uninspiring. You have to drive a long way to find interesting Tuscan towns and places to visit.

Review 6：Lovely welcome and owners, who were very attentive and friendly. Nice outdoor garden area for eating, good views of lovely countryside, nice pool area. Great place to relax and chill out.

Review 7：We stayed in the superior single and thought based on the pics and description that we would be on the ground floor and have a private terrace (by private we thought it would be at least semi-enclosed/secluded from others). The only indicator the description provided that it might be upstairs was "upper floors accessible by stairs only." Since the pics looked like it was on the ground floor and it supposedly had a terrace I assumed it would be at ground level and that maybe the bedroom level was upstairs. Well we were on the second floor (That is equivalent to the European 1st floor). Not terrible but we really wanted to just be able to walk outside from our room and enjoy sitting in private. Our "terrace" we were told was a grassy area about 10'x10' where we could drag a nearby table and set of chairs, disappointing. With the exception of one room, the terraces were only private in that their use was restricted not that tey were secluded. They were just tables on the grass or path outside the ground floor rooms where people could walk by. Their was a nice communal room and sitting area. In the pics it looks like it could be private room, it is not. The room with the big window doors is the communal room (though we never saw anyone but ourselves use it). Also the view from our room was good if you were standing, but sitting you could see only sky. Also a tree blocked part of the view. Wish this tree and the landscaping around the pool and lower level rooms were removed. Would take the view from ok to spectacular. Bed very firm. No toiletries in room.

Review 8：Beautifully updated apartment. Friendly and helpful staff (thanks Alba!). Quiet area. Restaurant walking distance (albeit with very average food and only pizza when we went in late May). Excellent small winery nearby. View good though partially blocked by landscaping. Soap for kitchen and coffee was missing. Asked for some and was provided it. Beautiful area! Easy gated parking area.

Review 9：WiFi weak. Breakfast would be $ 5 euro pp for coffee, crossiant and juice. Washer is $ 5 euro each load. Heat is extra charge if used.

Review 10：Close to San Giminiano/Volterra but far from Florence. If Florence is your focus then stay elsewhere. Not bad for Siena.
