Review 1：30minute wait after phone call on narrow busy street before being let into lobby, only to learn that there was open access from rear of building. Dark apartment with window opening at low level to smelly, noisy and dusty street, not tolerable without using A/C and keeping windows shut.

Review 2：Close to main street, modern outfit within building. Cafe Nanni on back of building, opening onto main street, has the best Pistaccho ice cream we found in Sicily.

Review 3：Water from the shower was hardly running, broken balcony door, broken sink plug so we had to remove it, smell in the room, water in the toilet never stopped running.

Review 5：There was no one at the reception desk almost never! The wifi connection sometimes was missing. There was no bathroom accessories like soap, toilet paper, shampoo etc.

Review 6：The hotel is well-located! Close to the small shops, cafes, bars etc. The room was big, with little balcony with cloth dryer. There was a smal kithinetta with refrigirator , dishes etc. The air conditioner was working excellent!

Review 7：This is truly an apartment, not a hotel. There is no staff on duty most of the time. They do not even provide soap for the bathroom.

Review 8：Very comfortable and roomy. Once you find it, it's actually reasonably easy to get to and from by car, with extremely convenient pedestrian access to all kinds of services. The owner is quite helpful.

Review 9：A very good compromise between price and quality. Bruno, owner was very helpful. the hotel is clean and well equipped in the center of the city. the only problem is parking.

Review 11：Parking in the vicinity of the apartment could be a problem as the street is very narrow and busy during the day.

Review 12：Located in a nice seaside town of Castellammare, close to the old centre and the beach as well. The apartment was quite spacious and clean, but could do with better cooking facilities. The kitchen is way too small and lacks some basic utensils such as ia chopping board or knives. The staff was helpful and friendly.
